I am trying to get to speak with a person and it seems impossible. there was a package delivered to the wrong address and the person that received the package is very upset. the package was delivered to 100 Grampian Blvd when it should have been delivered to 1100 Grampian blvd with my name on it ,to Susquehanna Home Health and Hospice. Williamsport, PA. 17701

The USPS has no business putting stickers on my house, defacing my mailbox, and subjecting me to loss of privacy with my name prominently displayed to everyone that walks by. My address is clearly visible, I own the house, and if someone can't deliver mail based on an address that is clearly a single family residence, then I suggest they stop hiring toddlers and get someone that can read. So sick of people that can't figure it out without causing drama to everyone else.

I sent certified mail from the Reach Road facility to Colorado on the morning of December 27, 2021. It is now January 11, 2022, and the letter has still not arrived to the destination. All I can get from tracking is that it is en route to the destination. It is ridiculous and unacceptable that it is taking this long, and the tracking is useless.

I live on Fairview terrace, they have NOT picked up our mails for 3 days, very disappointed!! Where is our mailman/woman?!?!? What happened?? Most of my mails are delayed and late arrival for bills, hunting license, and to buyers. And got late mails as well, this is poorest delivery!!

The current postal carrier refuses to deliver mail if our dog is out. I addressed the issue with her eight months ago . If it's too much of an issue to be around a dog on the mail route, she needs to find a job that is a better fit. Last I knew, that was part of the job. Now, I have an undelivered package that I have to go get because she can't seem to do ALL of her job.

What happen to the mail it looks like a hit and miss so if you get bills in the mail it take any were from 3 to days to get them buy that time most of the Bill are late and they charge you a late charge. Are mail system is the worst!!!!!What happen to weather not making no different it said rain non snow you will get your mail!!!!!!!so you raise the postage and the people drive junk around to to make there run!!!!!This system is being run the same way the WHITE HOUSE is running this country!!!!!

I finally gave up after creating and signing in to the post office website. I was trying to have my mail put on hold for two weeks. I will make other arrangements. The site is confusing, contradictory and is full if “”special requirements” that are not necessary. It is no wonder that private sites charging money provide this information. Who knows if this private site is legitimate I am aware the postal service is complicated. Maybe someone who understands logistics would elpful!
