Getting other neighbors mail in my box as well as package 9205590199673104916796 WAS NOT DELIVERED 12/26/20 at 2pm.. merry Christmas to me huh ... my ONE PRESENT

I’m just a little pissed off honestly because I know he’s working and he’s got a route and this and that but honestly it’s so god damn annoying that South Pennock Avenue next to seller’s library DOES NOT GET THE MAIL UNTIL ATLEAST 5 Pm every single day and some times later like it’s so annoying I lived in prospect park and Glenolden and collingdale and a few other spots I been here almost 2 years every other place I lived had my mail before 12 pm and sometimes very early hate coming Home past 330 4 and my mail still isn’t home please just do something or hire someone thanks !

Over these last 3 months Upper Darby USPS has provided the most unprofessional customer service that I could ever imagine... the mail gets delivered days late. My mail has been delivered to the wrong address & my neighbor has had to bring my mail to me on a daily bases. they send out emails that state delivery attempted unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete & will try again... See what s not understood is that im very aware of these things... They just want to stop the time stamp on these order because my mail is NOT being delivered for days.... i call the Upper Darby post office & i get placed on hold for hours at a time no one ever comes back, so then o hangup..... This is totally unprofessional & unexceptionable on so many levels. Then we you go there it oh the package must have been lost or it was delivered or they have no record of delivery & as a taxing paying consumer im requesting a email or something because i have read all these message on here & im sure they are going unheard! the Upper Darby Post Ofc has provided piss poor customer svc the the community for a while now & it seems that these concerns are going on deaf ears!

Unproffesional mail is always delivered to wrong address mail lady is always on her phone or earphone and constantly flirting and gossiping mail never deliver til most business are about to close especially on Clinton rd they just need to fire the whole dept

Could someone please have the mail carrier slide the mail completely into the door mail slot. For security reasons and inclement weather issues, it would be so much more convenient if the mail were INSIDE the mail slot and not just hanging in it. It would literally take 2 seconds of effort to do this. I really would appreciate it!

A waste of time talking to these people who will sign u up for autopay an leave u high an dry...these people are all stupid an can't even guide u to people who can help..don't autopay nothing with these low educated short tempered...idots...they tried to make me pay a late fee because there broke ass auto pay system was taking to long to collect the payment an my bank keep giving me my money back... No 1 there could help...a number nothing

Bywood post office needs to be investigated haven’t gotten any mail for three weeks the lady sits in her trucks and drop mail off to 5 houses and goes most of the time she’s on her phone have important papers has yet to arrive my package was supposed to be delivered today on truck no mail carrier called and ask other people there having same problems

Would it be too much trouble to close the lid on my mail box on rainy days ? Or just close the mail box lid on ALL days !

This is the second time they have given away my package to a different address and the first time they said they tried to reach out to the ppl at the house they never responded so technically those ppl stole from me. Now I was to get a package on Saturday and again it said it was delivered and not at my door so they allowed it to be stolen yet again so now I'm out a total of a $100.

Upper Darby USPS (at Bywood) services are in questioned. For the third time, the Upper Darby Carrier(s) claimed "no access" to my mail box and door; thus, they are always accessible. I monitored 2 times and no carrier(s) arrived in person, yet, claimed "no access" or unable to deliver package. I appreciate the USPS mails and packages deliveries, but this Bywood USPS location is suggested and NEEDED TO BE INVESTIGATED.

reschedule of resending of package

On Monday I received a notification that I had a package. The package was not left at my residence. Yesterday, Tuesday, I left the "signed" package notification slip in my mail box. I requested to have the package redelivered on 9/27. When I returned home, I had received another notice concerning a second package. I was off from work today, so I went to the post office to pick up the second package. I was told that both packages were with the driver. As of 08:40 p.m., no mail at all was delivered to my residence. Now, tomorrow I have to go back to work. So, if my packages are left, they will be sitting unattended outside of my apartment. This is just one example of the horrible service offered by this post office.

Horrible mailing service the mailman/lady is later &later everyday . I have important package that can not be played around with . You apply for the job so do it & do it correcty ! Also back in May the lady was distributing mail to the wrong houses & when she was informed her response was o well. PLEASE!!!! Update your services
