I agree. The University Park Post Office is probably the worst post office in America! They managed to lose 3 cards that were sent to my son for his birthday from family members back in September 2017, a letter sent about a month after that, and a letter sent early February 2018. I understand that they have a lot of mail to process, but their rate of losing mail is quite high. Sometimes I wonder if they are actually losing the mail or if someone is helping themselves to other people's mail.

The University Park Post Office is highly unreliable. My daughter has yet to receive a card that we posted over a month ago with a return address label. Do not recommend that you send anything of value or urgency in the mail to your Penn State students. I have asked Housing to look into the matter as this is not the first instance in our case.
