We moved to Tobyhanna about two months ago. Still we are not be able to receive our mail. The mail person don't drive to a terrace in our HOA. There is a cluster box that our mail is been delivered every day but no assistance from the post office employees to gather the number or keys. We requested for them keep our mail in the post office building, also not accommodated. The lady that works there tell my fiance for him come back there every day so she can flirt with him but never gave him an answer or our mail. We tried everything. When I went there last time just before new years she told me that my problem wasn't her problem. Do we have to have a lawyer involved in order to exercise a citizen right of receiving their mail? In mean time all packages delivered by USPS arrive in our home. Our bills are on the mail. Our lives are been disrupted.
This post office is the worse. The customer service rating on a scale from one to ten is a 1. They forever lose packages, they don't deliver the mail in a timely fashion. The mail clerks are lazy and have nasty attitudes. They're liars and when they do deliver your packages they have been opened and retaped. The government needs a central monitor system, because their workers are not trustworthy.
The Korean lady who delivers our mail is the WORST. She has a nasty attitude and delivers my whole neighborhood's mail in my box (every day I have someone else's mail in my box.EVERYDAY!!!)
Don't even mention this idiot. I had 4 packages delivered last week, she was up to my steps and throws the packages in my deck. Literally throws them. We were just eating dinner so I saw her from my kitchen window. Of course half of my staff was broken!!! Called the post master, he doesn't give a shit!!!
Mail delivery here is a disgrace. It is now 5:30 pm and my mail has not yet been delivered. This is a recurring problem. Yesterday, the mail finally arrived after 5 pm. The flag was up on the mailbox but the carrier did not take the outgoing mail but simply pushed the outgoing mail further into the mailbox with the arriving mail.
Can somebody do something about this?
