Postal Locations

I went to the tailor, Pennsylvania post office twice to have my mail forwarded to my new address. I changed it first on June 30, 2023 but had not received an email and drove back there towards the end of July 2023. They scanned my license the second time for some reason they didn’t do it the first time and they told me that my mail was just about to start getting sent to my new address and they showed me a barcode on a couple of pieces of mail addressed to me. I took what they had and as of September 13, 2023 have not received anything. I called today and they said I didn’t return a card they sent to me. I never received any card and I’ve missed a couple of payments because the post office dropped the ball. Also, you lost some health sustaining meds that I had sent to me and the only thing they can tell me is the same thing that I can read online. I know the people there get paid more than I do what exactly are they doing ? I was told twice that I was all set for my address change. I would like you to send me a check for a few thousand dollars for my aggravation and time. Also, maybe train the people there. I get absolutely no answers. Just something about there is a new system put in change around that time ? Really?

I want to THANK YOU for our new mail man. This guy, so far, is awesome. He's friendly and attentive. I actually watched him on our cameras checking the mail (guessin to make sure all letters belonged here) The last idiot commonly delivered mail to the wrong address. So as to the point that it got to where my wife often exchanging correct mail between our home and the address incorrectly delivered. It took YEARS to get to this point, not sure why...since paperboys and Pony Express riders have been doing it right for so much longer.

The package I’m waiting for now has been in the post office from Oct 20' 2021 and still has not been delivered. I can see in the other comments that I’m not the only one with these issues. So frustrating....

About once a month I have issues with mail arriving at the post office and taking SEVERAL days after to arrive. What is going on at this post office? My package arrives at your facility, next day out for delivery, next day back at your facility and that was 8 DAYS AGO....No new tracking info since. Tried calling USPS and its a hour and a half wait. Call the actual post office and disconnected twice...ridiculous.
