RUN INDEED! Went to this facility on 7/7/22 in the early afternoon. There was no one at the counter for 10 minutes. Two employees finally emerged from the back. The younger of the two was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met in my life. According to the Google reviews her name is Janette. Apparently she hates the USPS, her job and people in general. She should be fired. I had a large number of packages to be shipped. I gathered my packages and fled. Do not trust this facility with your mail or shipments. RUN!! There are other USPS facilities in the area as well as UPS and FedEx.

We have not been receiving tax forms and some bills. Mail is very light. Is there a reason for the mail not being delivered?

Posted a box for delivery on December 6 to my residence in Florida. Desk clerk told me to expect it Tuesday. I wanted to insure it but she told me she doubted I had receipts to prove its worth. I mistakenly left the tracking number at home. Website won't allow me to file a claim and line at your office is always busy (have tried off and on since 9 this morning. It's now 2 pm,) I'm devastated. Shoes I needed for an event, Christmas decorations, clothes...I fear they are gone as well as the $40 I spent. What do I do now?

Why has my mail not been delivered in the past two days? I cleared a path to my mailbox and my door 2 days ago. 4 inches of snow is not an excuse to halt delivery. Once, neither rain, snow, fog, nor gloom of night would not halt the courier. Now if it is too cold or hot the mail is not delivered. I am waiting for my tax forms to come. The delay will result in a delay in my mailing any taxes due. Please deliver my mail. Thanks.
