Sent three packages to an address on US Route 422 and the carrier supposedly left notes on all three stating he/she attempted delivery but couldn't leave due to unsecure area. It's an apartment complex where UPS and FedEx regularly deliver packages. The resident was home when the carrier supposedly attempted delivery on the third package but there was no knock on the door. No notes were left and we eventually tracked down through the tracking information. Seems to me that this carrier needs better training (which seems silly since the job is to leave mail and deliver packages) or is not motivated to carry a package to the door and knock to see if the homeowner is there. Completely understand that this occurred during the holidays but the lack of notice on the door makes me question this information. Definitely not quality service.
