The Sewickley post office is the worst service I have ever received since I have lived here in ohio township. I have been at this same address for 50 years. My mail is being delivered to neighbors mail boxes all over the street of Gary drive and right now I have some important mail that is missing. This is not the way the United States Post Office is supposed to operate.

I would really appreciate if the Sewickley US postman assigned to my house would not spit on my yard prior to delivery of my mail, specially in the middle of a pandemic. I will be escalating if it happens again.

The Postman assigned to our address deserves to be recognized for courteous service beyond the call of duty. He displays readiness to help, be it to find the home/owner of a dog or be it taking care of insufficient postage. We would like to recommend a comendation for him. In addition we wonder whether Postal regulations would allow us to give him a present in regognition for his positive attitude. I believe your carrier placed my package in another's mailbox. I have contacted Amazon and they said it was delivered on June 6th. It was not in my mail box then nor now. It is not the fault of the postal service, but the carrier, who is sometimes hap hazard in her delivery. I have received other people's mail and had to place it back in the mail slot. I want my package or the $21.97 I paid for and did not receive.

Sewickley Post Office - Tired of postal jeep constantly going through the grass at our sidewalk. It happens constantly - big rut by our mailbox. Quite frequently when delivery needs brought to the house there's a rut and track of mud in the driveway. Yesterday a box was delivered - if you want to call it that; big new rut, lots of mud and box laying about 3 feet away from garage door. Good thing it was not fragile I guess because it looks like it was tossed. Our normal postal carrier is great. However anytime there is a sub, this happens or we get other people's mail. Took pictures this time in case anyone is interested in following up with me.

Ever since Dianne retired our mail service has been spotty at best. For example, grocery flyers are supposed to arrive on Tuesday. This is not always the case. The distinction is whether the homemaker shops on Wednesday or waits until Thursday when the new flyer specials are in effect. In my little world the Post Office has let me down.

Amazon put my package in the mailbox so the post office stole my package and lost it. Then they ransomed it for 6.70 to get it back 2 days later after they found it. Said they were just doing their job. Great...

Sewickley Post Office has to be one of THE worst. We don't get our mail on a regular basis. They deliver my mail to various neighbors. They LOSE packages or say an attempt to deliver was made when in fact, nothing was attempted as determined by tracking records. Our mail has been delivered as late as 830p. Our carrier has been photoed on a smart phone typing & talking for more than 10 minutes at a time, numerous times. We have gone 3 days at a time with no delivery at all - and then get blasted with more mail pieces than will fit in the mailbox! We can't seem to get our local paper delivered or our adverts, let alone the important things. My mail has gone to a different street completely, but with the same house number. Talk about incompetence. There needs to be a thorough house cleaning by firing those that can't do the job. I'm beyond frustrated, disgusted, disillusioned and upset. There is NO excuse for what goes on at SewickleyPost Office!!!
