it is amazing that a carrier can not get out of his truck rather than just throwing my mail on the ground when I get more mail than my mailbox will hold. Who knows how much of my mail blew away. I did find 3 pieces wet and damages beyond belief in my neighbor's yard. he should have put the larger packages in a bag on the steps of my house and the rest of the mail in the mailbox. Of course when I try to call the office to complain the local number is constantly busy and the 800 number there is well over an hour hold time to speak to anyone. This type of stuff is unacceptable.
