The worst service possible. Last year I received a damaged package...right after I heard the mailman throw it onto my porch. Then, a week later, while walking my dog I saw several pieces of my neighbor’s mail lying on the sidewalk after the mailman passed on his route. Now today (1/19/20) I found a letter soaked through that belonged to another neighbor down the street on my lawn. Any private company having to compete in quality and service would be bankrupt by now. The Post Office is the absolutely worst.

Unbelievably rude. Maybe incompetent people shouldn't work Saturday mornings when people are trying to get in and get out with completing passports.

Had a terrible experience with Mail Counter Person displaying a nametag of "Deneen". Rude / Arrogant / Sarcastic / Disrespectful / Attitude / Condescending. Is that really the service that the local community deserves from our government employees that are there to serve the public ? I have a Case filed with to the Postmaster there and one with Philadelphia Area Consumer Affairs. Let's see if they address it.

Couldn't AGREE more with about your post with this particular person. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to HER for asking questions about the passport process! She obviously dislikes the people she has to serve. Move her to another location!

Ridiculous wait time for passport. We were told to come back at 9 am to process the passport application and we are still waiting in line for thirty minutes and will probably be longer since the person who is processing them still is not out yet to wait on ppl. Line is growing longer. Very inconvenient for people who can only come on a Saturday to process passport for their kids.
