Danielle was extremely helpful today 12/29 when I came to mail two packages to Nashville. She was very helpful with all my questions and was very courteous and expedient and I would definitely come back again.. Danielle has helped me in the past several times with mailing packages and she is second to none She deserves to be recognized for her truthfulness and her work ethic. She does an outstanding job.

Staff person seemed knowledgeable but was very cold. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Very short answers as I went through the steps to send a package. Not helpful and definitely not kind. Someone needs to instruct her how to greet and treat customers. I won’t stop there again. 9:00 am 10/23.
