7/7/2022 I received a call from a Mr. Mark Thomas at 6;30 pm as it was reported to me that the 4 boxes I sent to be mailed to Imam Muslim Family Center 4075 Lancaster Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19104 had the wrong zip code, and they have been sitting in the post office at 5300 Jeffers0n St Phila, Pa 19131 for days and with this late call, I am being told they will be returned not giving me a chance to see if they can be picked up by this organization. I called 7/8/2022 and Mr. Thomas was not available and was told to look for a service number and callback. I have been calling since 9 am and now no one picks up my call was hung up on and one answers it.
The 4 boxes are for a social service project at this Masjid and I need to have them delivered or be allowed to be picked up . How can I make these arrangements without any cooperation of taking my phone call?
Good Afternoon...I am concerned about the inconsistent mail delivery...to the point "BILLS". I am not receiving my most important bills...utility and phone bills before they are due...these delays are becoming more and more prevalent. Some days there is no mail delivery...While I understand the changes and the stress our mail carriers are subjected to, I, too am subjected to this unfavorable stress. What can I do? What can you do? This delivery problem is unacceptable and should be addressed in a timely manner. I do believe in the US Postal System, and I pray for a resolution...
I ordered an item from Samsung 10/21/20 - i called today to track it - I was told it was back-ordered but was finally sent out 1/10/20 to my local Post Office - was delivered to PO 11/11/20 - was told to check with local PO - I've been trying to contact PO located 5300 W Jefferson ST Phila PA cannot get any assistance what so ever - tracking# 9274899916670100160675040 was provided to me via email - please lend assistance on this - thank you
