I’m getting someone else’s mail shoved under my door NOT in my mailbox.
They live across the street.
I just called and was on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on.
What gives?
Should I leave the incorrect mail in my box for the holiday, take it to my neighbor or what?
Why was it left under the door?
And where is MY MAIL?

The post office is closed today feb 16 i jist recovered from surgery cant get to another one too far and i cant drive r.n. why are you closed no sign and the shutters are down...
6900 block of Hegerman street for the last month we only receive mail 2 or 3 days a week to get mail 4 days a week is very rare don’t care why it doesn’t come. Would like my mail at the minimum 5 days a week even though it should be 6. Mail 3 days a week is not acceptable
I have received 4 pieces of mail in the last 3 days that are not addressed to me. Please in struct letter carriers to read the addresses before dropping off mail.
A neigbor's bills were delivered to my house
PGW, WATER AND PECO I just open them look at total and paid the bills at WESTERN UNION it wasn't until I was given late notices and was fighting with everyone that I paid and had receipts that I noticed the address was for next door
I don't receive my mail all the time often enough that it's a problem but this time it cost me a couple of hundred dollars
I'm having the same problems, I have had to pay late fees on utility bills 2 times which I have never done before. All my bills are auto pay now. Love my house don't wanna move because of p.o. After all the years in my nejghborhood. Fix the problem

This is the best post office i have used in the Philadelphia area.. so pleased with them .. Tiffany is so sweet and Rick jokes with his regulars .. it's a pleasure to have a good post office in phila .. because the one by me on cottman and frankford there is no comparison.. long line.. slow .. go try longshore you will get quick service and better people
Im sick and tired of not getting my mail. I do most of my shopping online. I cant count how many times it says delivered but not to my house. By dogs bark when mail man comes. I get mail and item not delivered. I havent got a pair of shorts, watch, hats, make up, gift cards etc. And nothing is ever done. You cant evebmn get a human on the phone
Sick and tired of not getting my mail til 5-6pm and if the mailman decides he is done he just goes home and I have to wait to get my mail the next day at 5-6pm.
