I am writing in reference to my Postal deliveries,,particularly Packages,I have had packages left in a snowdrift, dropped @ my neighbor's house,Set on top of my mail box.My Apt. is back off of the road,I can NOT even see my mailbox from my Apt. the Box is out on Main Street so to leave a Pkg. on top of the box is asking for it to be stolen! But today was the Final straw! I had a pkg. I was tracking,it was marked out for delivery yesterday 10/20/20,But not delivered. When I checked the tracking # it said there was an attempt to deliver, but the package could be picked up @ the Post Office. I was home all day,so I know there was NO attempt to deliver. I went to the P.o to get it & was told it was out on the truck & would be delivered 2 day 10/21/20. Later my neighbor knocked on my door & he had my pkgs. he told me he told the carrier Where my door is,the carrier told him he was Not driving around searching, thjat "she can come & get them" was the response he got. I am a Sr. citizen w/ physical issues, I do NOT expect to have to roam the neighborhood ISO my mail. How Rude & un caring,in considerate & NOT doing his Job!! this has happened frequently over the past yr. or so.We had a wonderful carrier named Jeff for yrs. he was considerate & very pleasant,he retired some yrs. back & the deliveries have been a Nightmare ever since! Everything is clearly marked,,,,mail boxes & Apt numbers it just isn't that hard IF they care. PLEASE look into this situation.

When I was a kid at Perkasie Elm. we took a little class trip to the post office, this post office. I had a great time and the experience really left an impression on me. One thing that remains the same is the smell inside. Not at all unpleasant but unique to this post office in this unique little town. Thank you Perkase Postal Carriers.

The mail carrier went right past my mailbox even though the flag was up. This happened on 5/14/2020

Had a packaging coming in which needed a signature on receipt. I was home all day without a ring of my door bell or knock on my door. Found a "Sorry we missed you..." tag on my door telling me to go to the post office in Quakertown to get my package. Went there and was told they don't have it, it's probably at Perkasie post office, and they don't know why the tag used instructed me to go to Quakertown. And the USPS wonders why they are loosing business?

Ok..our carrier has hit an all new low. He now tries a big white trash bag to our mailbox to deliver our packages in. Not only is our packages still Outside in all types of weather but a big white trash bag is inviting and and all people to steal our packages!!!! When all he has to do is walk 20 feet to our porch. How lazy can you be!!!

Postal service within the Stonebridge Estates Development (18944) served by this post office has become deplorably Bad! I have received mail belonging to other addresses at least 3 times in the past month. In addition mail is often not delivered by 7 or even 8 p.m some nights. Whoever took over for the veteran mailperson who recently retired from this route is failing miserably on this job. We need someone who pays attention and who can get the mail out before sundown please. There is no reason mailboxes should be empty 630 pm. and even 7 pm evenings.

Today was 'Fill a bag. Help feed families.' Day. I put about $75 worth of groceries at my mailbox and the carrier did not pick it up. So my groceries sat in the sun for hours and are no longer edible. Way to go USPS in NOT stamping out hunger, but making sure I will not participate in this program ever again.
