I've been coming to the Paoli post office for many years(15) and I was always treated nicely. I do have an issue with only one of the emplyees who would not stamp my mail as requested. I went to mail my quarterly taxes and he said to just put it in the box....and I asked him a second time to stamp it and he absolutly refused to do so. I know ....he said it still gets stamped but as "peace if mind " i needed to see it stamped. Three different times he would not stamp it. Btw.....there was no one else there at all.....he was just standing there. If he was busy....maybe a different story. Any other time I go into any other post office they take my mail and say thank you with a smile. It's only that "one guy" that won't take. Thank you.
I simply wanted to confirm they were open regular hours as website does not address holiday or pre-holiday hours and ensure they could do a money order.. After 15 min on hold then disconnected 2 x still no answer
I needed to cancel my PO box and have my mail delivered directly to my place of business. they told me to do a "change of address", which I did. Now my mail is not being delivered nor can I get it because I didn't pay for my box for the next year. #holdingmymailhostage
what is this "undelivered as addressed" crap i'm hearing? A package I ordered managed to make it to my local postal service but managed to not make it to my house and i live like 2 mins away from the establishment. It's been 6 days, and I still see no package even though usps stated they received it. get your shit together, I don't care if it's christmas season or the end of the world.
I just sent a damn message to USPS (Paoli) and I have no idea whether it was sent...I am sick and tired of the mail not being picked up or delivered....do not send me a damn survey like you did last time...my mail was not picked up or delivered today...flag is still up from last night...please fix this problem Thank you for your time.
