Bonnie at the Ottsville Post Office has a HORRIBLE demeanor and very sub-standard customer service. She made me wait a good five minutes for service even though she knew I was at the front desk. She never apologized. She told me I had an incorrect address on my envelope and told me it would have to go to 'general delivery'. When I pressed her on it, saying I had updated the delivery address, due to a similar complaint from her months previous, she begrudgingly looked up the address again (she had mis-read my written address) and then 'fixed' the forwarding info on her end, all without apologizing for her pissy attitude and incorrect information. Finally, she looked super-irritated that I gave her 'gold' dollars as payment - not sure why, as this is legal US tender. She is absolutely horrific at her job and she be fired.
Bonnie, from the Ottsville, PA Post office is extremely friendly and super nice! I am there daily, sometimes, twice a day! I am a work from home mom and ship items every day. She always takes the time to talk to with me and get to know me. She is great at her job, always has a positive attitude and greets us as soon as we walk in the door. We enjoy going to our local PO and seeing Bonnie each day!
Please send the email address for Ottsville Post Mistress- if she has time to check messages daily. Just in case I have a request & cant call before 5. ( No voice messages can be left at main number).

PS- our team in Ottsville does an excellent job with delivery & accuracy & are helpful in every possible way. I'm grateful for our rural delivery person, Peggy- she is a pleasant, hardworking & trustworthy employee!!!
And our mail always does come through - even with these crazy Nor'easter snow storms this year - Peggy always comes through !!
