I moved from 75 Towpath St, , New Hope to 676 West Creek Road, West Chester, last month and still haven’t received mail at my new address. I can’t use computer services other than email.

I recently had a bad incident with mailing a Priority Mail package from Rochester MN to New Hope. When I searched the tracking # it said "Arriving Late" - and the national 800 number for help was useless. Then I decided to call directly to the New Hope PA and talk to the Post Master - he was extremely kind and the most helpful person I've every found who worked at the USPS. He went out of his way and found the package within 6 hours. This, after I'd been looking for 14 days! Thank you for a job well done!

What is happening in the New Hope post office. My weekly news magazine has not been delivered on time. It’s been coming a week late and one issue never came. My DVD from Netflix is not arriving on time also. Meanwhile I was receiving junk voting mail everyday in fact 13 pieces in one day. My neighbor received 4 pieces of my personal mail and had to bring it to me.

This is the worst post office. They are inept and incompetent. Whether paid for overnight service or just routine matters they find a way to make it wrong. An overnight letter was found 2 weeks later in Philadelphia. We get pink slips for special delivery items when we are home. Mailman doesn't bother to come to the door and ring the bell. When we travel many bills never reach us. Not a good place for busy people.

To Post Master New Hope,I write to tell you what a terrific employee you have, Matthew Laird. I live on Kiltie Drive, an during the two years I have lived here, he has been friendly, efficient and even though he is very busy, he has time to say hello and be pleasant. He represents to me what a postal employee should be.Eric Avery
