I went into this Post Office,(150 Diller Ave., New Holland, PA),at 9:15 Wednesday, Oct 27, 2021. I needed something delivered(urgently), by Friday, Oct. 29th, 2021, and I needed it to be signed for as proof of receipt. I had never done this before. I want to mention that the postal clerk, #06, (I failed to get his name), was truly the Best! He was kind, patient, and walked me through it effortlessly. Thank you for being great at what you do, and all with a smile! Really terrific experience, great employee!


Help! I sent a package to David McQuade c/o McPhaerson 433 S Kaiser Ave MV 109 New Holland, PA 17557 her tracking is 9405511699000246605581 She's a 95 year old lady, the package arived late, CAN I SEND YOU THE CORRECT shipping label? As her son has left and gone home aftger the holiday. PLEASE [number removed]


We received a piece of mail yesterday, that someone had already opened!


In the past few weeks, I have not received two different magazines which the companies have verified were mailed early October. I have received mail that belonged to two different neighbors 4 times, I received mail that belonged to someone on a totally different road, across town , a package that was addressed to me was delivered to an address across town- the person who received it, thankfully delivered it to me and I received a package belonging to another person a block down the road.......and we trust the mail system????? We pay to ship and mail items, we pay for the items that are shipped to us......where do our "lost"items end up??? This is not the first time I have had issues in the past 6 yrs, but it has become much worse....why???


Horrible It's pretty bad when no one can answer phone


I visited the post office in New Holland, PA at about 1:00 PM on the afternoon of January 18, 2018. I received exemplary service from the gentleman working at the counter. I had several questions about mailing internationally, and he was patient and kind, and answered them. He also did his best to help me find packaging that suited my mailing and budget. I appreciate his willingness to help and not make me feel like I was a nuisance. Thank you very much to the New Holland Post Office--they have always treated me like a friend.
