I have had a problem getting packages delivered for 3 years now. I have a shared driveway with my neighbor who owns 3 dogs. I have NO dogs. My carrier lies and says she attemped a delivery and I know it's not true, all because she's afraid of dogs She has no business being a mail carrier. I just want my packages, now I have at least 4-5 sitting at the post office. I can not drive and use a walker.

The New Brighton office doesnt answer their phone. I hvae called 4 times within the last hour. I received an email yesterday, saying that my package was delivered and received. Well that wasnt the case. i didnt receive anything, and now i have to wait an additional 3 days to see if it magically pops up!

I’ve been waiting and waiting for something to come in the mail from somebody that lives in the same state I don’t understand why it still haven’t came it’s so rediculous because the mail coming from Pennsylvania but she’s in Philly still same state where is my mail?!!!!!Very disappointing I haven’t ever had to wait this long for my damn mail where is it?!!!!!!!

Could it potentially be this post office? I had a package shipped from here and the tracking says Alert Emergency or Other Delay at 3:57 PM 3/3/19. I haven't seen anything weather related or otherwise that would cause a delay
