I am writing this because you insist on not calling me back when I call and leave a number. I live at 1940 shady oak drive in Mt. Joy and as you know, I haven't received my mail for 2 weeks now. The guy came to fix the box yesterday and I was with him. He told me the box was able to be locked and could have been used the whole time. I feel the mail carrier did this on purpose and can not be trusted. It is almost bordering on illegal. I don't trust her and do not feel comfortable with her handling our mail. If possible, could she be transferred to another route and let us have a decent mail carrier for a welcome change. The way your office handled the whole situation is so unimpressive that I have no respect for you at all. Now that the box had been checked and lubed, why didn't I receive my mail today??? What kind of operation are you running there?? I have always stated that when people can't do the job they were hired for, they need to step down. Maybe we should think about that in the Mount Joy Post Office. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt anything, it's not like you care about your customers.
