For the last year we have been receiving mail and packages in our box for someone who is NOT INCLUDED on the list of recipients listed on our box application. The last name ONLY is the same as ours. The first name is different AND there is no box # on the mail. We have to return it to the window. We are retired and travel domestically and overseas. This MISDELIVERED mail could potentially sit in our box for 2 weeks. If this person does not have a box in the Mt. Gretna Post Office, The mail should be “returned to sender” immediately upon receipt by the post office clerks. If they do have a box, WHY can’t staff put it in the right box AFTER A YEAR of complaints about receiving mail that doesn’t belong to us?
