My mail person just left a package in my driveway when they know we want it on the porch due to weather. It is going to rain before I get home and the package will no doubt be soaked by the time I get there. I have cameras on the house and can see it as they delivered it. This is unacceptable! When I try the office, as others have stated below, all I get is a busy signal. I have been trying the call for the last 30 mins so it is surely left off the hook.

Our mail person is the worst. I have reported her to Edgar many times. She is rude, nasty, will not close my mail box, she wont deliver our mail if it rains and we dont fill in the rut with rocks, and now she has gone too far. She left us a very nasty note handwritten on a flyer of how to shovel around our mailbox. Is it my fault that we just had 3 feet of snow? And whats the mailman’s motto?? And wouldnt her job be easier if she wasnt delivering our mail out of her CAR? Why doesnt she have a mail truck? HELP

Urgently needed to contact the Upper Mount Bethel Post office and tried to call their direct number for hours only be confronted by a constant busy signal. Their phone rang throughout lunch (1200 to 1300) then at 1301 busy....it's now 1415 and still busy.. Do they leave it off the hook?

Can't get thru on the phone. Either rings forever or is busy signal. What are we supposed to do?

I placed ten pieces of mail in my mailbox on Friday Nov 20 at 12 noon for the carrier to bring to the PO They were Thanksgiving cards As of today no one has received them Very concerned and disappointed! Apparently stolen or not mailed What do I do about this? Money in each envelope. Mailed to Various places not too far from here!!!

The female carrier for Upper Mount Bethel is rude and nasty to us and we have absolutely no understanding of why. She has refused to deliver our mail, stating there is a “ditch” in front of our mailbox that we are “required” to fill in with cement. There is no ditch, it’s the shoulder of the road. And the real kicker is there are 2 other mailboxes next to ours and they have no problem getting their mail delivered. This same problem has happened with her claiming there is snow, mud, ice, box is too low, etc. My real problem is we don’t even get a notice until days later. Days after wondering why we have no mail. There have been multiple occasions where I get an email saying a package could not be delivered because “no one was home” but we have been home all day. And when I call the post office, they outright tell me they ran out of time and didn’t come out to deliver, but instead of documenting that, they say we weren’t home so that they don’t get in trouble. What brings me here today is my amazon package containing items that I had RUSH ORDERED that were not delivered. I checked my tracking number and see a note “attempted delivery unsuccessful” and that I have to drive to the post office to pick it up. We were here all day!!! Why was delivery unsuccessful? I called the office and the phone just rang and rang and rang. This woman has such a nasty attitude to us to our faces and we have done nothing to her. We even leave her a Christmas gift every year!

The Duccums Were Suppose To Be Delivered On August 24th, 2019. And I Haven't Gotten Them. They Are Holding On To The Duccums. And Not? Releasings Them. And They Are Still At The Post Office. Not Being Delivered.

Maybe the employees don't know that customers can hear their private conversations in the back ,but the customers shouldn't have to stand at the counter while the employees are chit chatting about personal business

I understand there is a shortage of available people to hire and that being a rural carrier isn't the easiest job. My problem is with package delivery. The carrier will scan the packages so it looks like they were delivered before 4 but the packages don't get delivered until later. I never know if they have delivered to someone else or someone stole them. I have complained but carrier still does it. Now I have a package that they won't deliver but I must find someone to pick it up since I am not available during their business hours.

How else can we expect improvement if they are not made aware of the situation? Maybe if our complaints are made publicly the post office will finally help. They don't really care if you discuss with them in person.

The mail carrier on highland court is horrible. Complaining about may issues, i.e snow near the mailbox. Your a carrier get out of your car and place it in the mailbox. Remember rain sleet, snow motto. Deal with it or quit. Second she told us we had to remove a birds nest under the box, flying at her. Who is she kidding. Just toot the horn, they will leave. She went back and threw out the nest and eggs. Should we call the wildlife society. Bad press. Either fire her, reprimand her or move her to a different route. We don't want her.

the postal carrier in mount bethel for the allegheny rd route is the worst post carrier ever. i put a change back in the begining of november, and i just started getting my mail approx 2 wks ago, and the second time i had to drive to mount bethel because she did not forward any of my mail.. then after that i was expecting a package and instead of forwarding this package to my new address she had delivered it to my old address. thank god , the company i purchased it from was tracking it and sent an email telling me it was delivered at my mail box at former residence . and when i went to the post office and tried to file a complaint the man working said he didnt have time to deal with at the moment .i can not believe the ppl you employee.. if it was there mail they would be livid.

I live in an area where there are several mailboxes in a row. I was expecting a package with expensive items inside.... It Was left on the curbside underneath the mailboxes. My front porch is literally 5 feet away from the mailbox AND I was home. Would it have been too much to ask that the mail driver had left it on my porch?!! Good thing I was home. My package could have potentially been ruined, ran over or stolen.
