Very dissapointed that Monessen post office elected to not answer phones today, or accept messages. Mailed Christmas package 12/12, and just arriving yesterday 12/22at Monessen post office. Have been communicating with USPS tracking. Unable to explain that recipient name may not be visible on package, and address may look like 519 Oneida instead of correct 319 Oneida. Recipient name is Gloria Anderson. Priority mail tracking number 9505 5066 4401 0347 3027 65. It would mean much to have her receive the gift before Christmas. Richard Ellison, am requesting about a package I didn`t receive at my house yesterday. my receipt from AMAZON says it was delivered at 8;59AM 462 6TH STREET Donora,pa . there wasn`t any package at my house when I got home from work at 7:30pm. HERE is the tracking #936189683090452637937. where bouts did he leave it at the house. nothing was on my porch , the mailbox had sales papers in it. I have mail left at other peoples houses in the neighborhood.

I was told a package was delivered to my house and I never got it...this company charged my debit card that I did not give them permission to do and won't give me my money back unless I file a claim with you guys saying I didn't receive the package that I never ordered...the tracking number is 92748969011973553023905962 I need some kinda receipt saying that I filed a claim that I didn't receive this package...once I get this paper work they will refund me my money I never gave permission for them to take. can you help me...I tried calling down at the Monessen post office but it won't let me go through.
