Have had multiple instances of packages being lost and mail being delivered late from this office. Also witnessed our mail woman on multiple occasions throwing packages from the sidewalks to front doors rather than walking up the steps to place it at the doorway. Worst issue thus far has been watching the woman walk past residences on our block that clearly have mail waiting/flags up if the mailbox isn't directly along the sidewalk. Upon calling the office to correct this, the manager rudely told us that they have no obligation to pick up ANY mail unless they are delivering something that day to said address. And if we didn't like it, we should stop being lazy and use the drop box in town.


This post office branch and manager are completely dysfunctional. Not only have I had packages that were returned to sender because “ non deliverable” but we went in to post office to have our mail held for 3 weeks only to find they lost that order and returned ALL our mail to sender. Manager is defensive and rude. Every time I go in there are people upset and fighting with the manager over some screw up created by this branch.


This is not a review-I called and was directed to type in computer to hold my mail since my mailbox is not accessible due to snow. It gets blocked by snow from borough plowing road. I have a broken foot and cannot walk downhill to shovel out my mailbox. Thanks.PSI

called today 1 june 2016 about a package that was forwarded to lewistown according to tracking number.i called to inquire about when i would receive it.the package had the proper address and should not have been forwarded.this is heart medication and needed as i am out now.the individual i spoke to was quite rude and could not tell me when i would receive it.your tracking info told me one thing he told me another.i need this item asap.will i receive this by friday?.how could this happen?please notify me of any corrections and when i will receive the package asap
