I have noticed in the beginning of the year that their hours were erratic sometimes ten or 11:00 Am opening then recently I saw a note on their door they are opening at the counter at 10:00 am.

They "lost" hundreds of dollars of packages that showed up as empty boxes -- including high-end RoboVac during Xmas 2020 season and a camera costing several hundred dollars, among other things.

I totally agree with Joyce L. and it's a true shame this still happens. Her review was in 2016 and right on the money, and mine is this date 2019. I received a notice to pick up a parcel which was my son's and he had to UNNECESSARILY drive an hour in traffic to the Milford post office and back to pick up a simple envelope size flat "parcel" which it was NOT a parcel at all. It was actually the size of my HAND. I have received bigger packages in my community mailbox what happened with this one? Not only that, but it clearly had our address AND box number to our community mailbox clearly written on it. So why does anyone have to be on the road FOR AN HOUR when this could have easily fit in my community mailbox with the rest of my mail. This is so unprofessional and just downright stupid. Get good help not lazy ones. This has happened to many times to count. Pay post people that actually want to do their job because this certainly is not. Vanessa R. Milford, Pa.

Late delivery of mail. Delivery has gotten very bad. Example river reported delivered to lords valley usually on a Thursday not delivered in milford to following tuesday. Know that all papers are delivered to Hawley post office on wens. Evening. Route delivery has gone from delivery at 3Pm to 6 pm. Delivery of this nature will cause me to cancel subscriptions and contact congressional rep for an congressional inquiry on service delivery at this post office.
