I put address change online it was a rapid change and cost me $40 on the 16th of March the payment was processed. However I am not receiving any mail and it's either being returned or going to my old address. I tried calling but the voice is extremely low and cannot be heard. I want someone to call me on this after paying $40 I should be getting my mail! My number is 412-721-5679

I have not received any mail for almost 2 months. And a package I ordered has not arrived. Why am I not getting my mail, but my neighbors are getting theirs?

On Saturday (11-3) I was supposed to receive 4 pieces of mail. I didn't get any! I get an e-mail everyday showing the mail I am receiving! O Monday (11-5) I didn't get any of the mail from 11-3 and only part of what I was supposed to get on Monday! Then I received very important private Bank mail that was already opened with a note saying "Sorry this was in my box by mistake"! Private and very personal information in that envelope was seen by I don't know how many people and possibly shown to others as well as copies possibly made! I still haven't received all of 11-3 mail, even though it was junk mail! Today, (11-7) I received someone else's mail for another street and address! This is unacceptable! I get my prescription meds delivered by mail and now I have to worry about getting them! This mail man is to busy talking on his CELL PHONE all the time, that's the problem! As you walk toward my mail box, the address is in large numbers and hard to miss! There were several other times when I and both other sides of neibors get each others mail! What next??

My neighbor called me and left a message that they had a check that I have been waiting for. They called the post office and the mailman returned to pick up the mail he delivered incorrectly. Instead of him walking across the street to deliver it he got into his truck and left.

I live on Walnut street by the Versailles borough fire station, there was no store ads or penny saver this week. My daughter ask the mail man why no ads, he replied he don't have to deliver them and won't. We all so got some one else mail. We bin here 15 years and never had a problem till now
