was just told that our mail person that she is being replaced with person that she replaced this is wrong we have become use to our new mail carrier and do not want the other girl back the other girl is ignorant and only answers you bk in spanish and sometimes leaves our mail on step instead of mail box we live at 1007 state dr in s lebanon pe 17042

The mail drive by drop box on S. 9th St. at the Memorial Park next to Rite Aide Pharmacy has not been emptied for at least one week. On 2/9/2023, when I went to mail some items, the drop box was full. Items were sticking out of the opening. I pushed down on the mail to try to get the mail at least below the opening; but it was that full, there was no improvement. One of the items I couldn't help but see was addressed to the IRS. I drove by today, 2/11/2023, late afternoon, and the drop box was still not emptied. THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC! I know you may be shorthanded; but this should not happen. How this could be overlooked for that amount of time is inexcusable. The person responsible for this, shouldn't even be working there. I hope the people that may have been hurt by this or were charged late fees in some cases, find out the reason why. I have a photo. showing it.

We have not got any mail all week and had a letter in our box to go out since Sunday and when you try to call the post office nobody answers it's ridiculous our mailman is lazy we never even see him walking in our neighborhood anymore

I was expecting a package to the to be delivered two days ago according to inform delivery. I was sitting on my lounge chair, waiting and waiting for the mail delivery person to show up at my door. It didn’t happen and I got a notice in my mailbox across the street that I wasn’t home to collect my package. The mailman was totally too lazy to get out of his vehicle and come to my door to get my signature for this package, I went online to reschedule for the following day. I did it successfully I waited outside in the cold on my chair for the mailman to arrive. It was the regular postman and I walked up to his vehicle and asked him for my package. He said it was not in his truck , I told him what happened and he informed me that he was off and another person was in his place. The USPS is totally a waste. I would not recommend it to anyone the post office in Lebanon Pa. IT is totally dysfunctional. I am filing a complaint and I will push this issue to the top if I need to . I am so very disgusted. I tried to call them and there is not a phone for them. Third day and still waiting for package! This is not the first time things have happened. My car insurance and my electric bill was delivered by my neighbor three doors up two weeks after they were due. Thanks to the erroneous delivery of this replacement mail carrier who should be fired.

The service for my area is ridiculously unreliable. The same house has been here with the same address for 54 years! Yet my mail continues to be delivered to the wrong houses. Today I was waiting on packages I was tracking, to be delivered. I not only did not receive them, but got a message that there was no access to my address for delivery! The postal service overall is a perfect example of a poorly run government bureaucracy. If it was any other business providing this poor level of service, they would have been out of business decades ago!

I FIND THE ACTIONS UNSATISFACTORY. I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES AND ALL THREE TIMES SOMEONE HAS PICKED UP THE PHONE AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE A PACKAGE YESTERDAY BUT POST PERSON GAVE US THE WRONG KEY. THE PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR ADDRESS OF 42 CAROL ANN DRIVE BUT WAS PUT IN MAILBOX. I WANT THE PACKAGES BROUGHT TO MY HOME NOT SOME MAILBOX. IF THIS IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF I WILL TAKE THE MATTER TO DC.

Why are we not getting our mail??????

Once again our mail is not being delivered for a week and outgoing mail not picked up wither at this point- you call the local number and it just rings and rings - this local post office is the worst. When you go in which we did last time - you are not given the time of day and nothing resolved. The attitude is not my problem - you'll get your mail when you get it, they can't control Harrisburg distribution of mail. That's crap - no one working our route evidently and if that is the case then let the customers know how they can pick up their own darn mail at the post office. It's all down to leadership and the lack there of from the top to the bottom Someone from the postal service should read these comments

The worst usps i ever see.

Lebanon USPS sucks. Our mail box is 50yds from the house yet USPS now just throw Amazon and other parcels out the car window by the mailbox. They have no idea of the content, it could be a fragile or valuable item. The Amazon logo invites theft. UPS, FedEx and Amazon Prime delivers to the porch USPS absolutely SUCK.

The postal service sucks since my mailman retired. Half the time I don't get anything and when I do, it says dogs on it. My dogs are clearly behind a fence. I try to talk to the mailman and he's too busy chit-chatting on his cellphone to even answer my question about if I have any mail today. I am so frustrated. This is ridiculous. I guess they can't let anyone retire because the new guys suck!

The post office in Lebanon Pennsylvania those people are a joke they never answer the phones and there is a heavyset guy that is working the window that is very rude very inconsiderate and is not very fast at his job those people need to wake up and get an energy boost and do their jobs and do them efficiently instead of as fast as they want as far as I’m concerned they all can kiss my ass

Package was not delivered with mail as promised

May mail is in other mailbox not in mind I have tenants coming and checking mail and leave them outside the mailman is not putting the mail in the boxes where they belong I'm still waiting for two letters and I never received them in my mailbox that's the new mailman 621 North 10th Street too much complain with the new Mount man

While our mail service has been sporadic and very slow both coming to us and going to its destination, there is no excuse for getting someone elses mail. Once again a young woman delivered our mail on South Lincoln Ave. while she's talking loudly on her phone, and gave us the wrong mail. I have two items that belong here, one for another neighbor and another for a different neighbor. Even if you're short of help, you need to hire people who can read!!

We have not been getting our mail regularly lately. Three days ago we got no mail, but the Post Office delivered a package. Two days ago they picked up a letter I put out for pickup but no mail. We have the e-mail service that shows us what we should receive every day. Obviously the mail is at the Post Office or it wouldn't be photographed. Last night we got a few pieces but not most of it. Now my check is in the mail. When will I get it? Also I pay for a weekly "news" magazine which is always a few days late at least. How is that news. We understand that our brilliant former President "knee-capped" the postal service in a desperate attempt to get re-elected and that covid is causing manpower shortages, but if you can get here every day for one reason or another, how about bringing all my mail? If you can't do that, how about a free post office box, so we can pick it up?

Understand its "covid" related that we " arent " recieving mailing on time. HOWEVER if I do see on my email the USPS inform delivery parcel that is coming in .AND still have not received it. That tells me that IT DOES not have ANYTHING to do with covid. and they are just fu***n up and losing mail . Please fix . I will continue to make complaints . Will never trust this post office again .

No 1st class mail for 3 days in Spring Hill Acres but Informed Delivery says i should have mail.

every package i get from the usps gets put on my porch. i live in an apartment with me on the first floor and 3 efficientcys upstairs. i wish they would take the extra 5 steps and put my packages in front of my door. by time i get home from work my package has been stolen. this happens more often than not.

Soooo. USPS does it again.... Paid for certified letter Friday from Ocala FL to Lebanon PA. Paid extra! Told delivery on Monday... By Wednesday tracking, it made it all the way to Jacksonville FL. No idea when it will get to PA (too late). And they don't offer ANY sort of refund. They do not even guarantee I'll get it. Then told for more money I could have sent differently.... Another $4.20 to government for nothing.

I am very disappointed we have just moved In a few months ago. I had a letter in my mailbox for about a week and it was not taken until yesterday and I have received mail that day not the previous days. I am now not able to get my food stamps. I have four children and this is not fair because the mail man never checked my box I’m guessing because they had no mail for us them days. Now I’m struggling and that’s not fair at all! Now I have to miss work to go into the office and get this all fixed. Thanks for taking the letter but your a few days to late. I cannot tell you how agitated I am and upset!!

our postman is terrible he crams my packages into my mailbox and smashes them up. half the time he puts my new mail on top of the mail I put in it to be mailed. It must be great to make that kind of money and not do your job properly. I am 59 yrs old and I have NEVER seen anything like this before. What kind of people do you have working for you?
