I had sent messages last week on my missing very important mail. Just to share the mail man that drop off my mail was from another resident I had to stop him to give mail back. This is on going so now I know the letter that I never received was drop off to a other resident. I am so disappointed in your service.. this is been going on and on. . Other neighbors are sharing that they always get other residents mail.
6-story office building with multiple tenants has ALL of its mail stuffed into one box, that unfortunately is rarely monitored as more people work remotely. There seems to be a different person delivering the mail every day that clearly chooses to rid themselves of all of their parcels rather than take the time to place them correctly in labeled mail slots. Proper delivery no longer occurs. Anticipated mail is time sensitive and at this building - simply lost. The Post Master does not respond to inquiries and the phone is never answered. This is shameful, despicable, reckless, uncaring service.

Today I arrived at 2:02 to a "will be back at 2:45" sign.
In that time 28 people pulled in to use the services. Only two were checking their box.
Today I returned at 4:45.
Line of 23 people waiting in line.
Just one employee.
I'm waiting for the 5pm pick up to collect from the outside box and request that the box be thoroughly checked for a missing birthday card mailed one month ago today. Mailed 2 cards to same address that day. Only 1 arrived.
This man needs help.
We need our post office fully staffed.
We are receiving mail delivery only 2 or 3 days a week. Sometimes, we go 2 or 3 days without delivery, then get it 2 days in a row. Last month we actually went from Thursday until Tuesday between deliveries. For the past 2 months we have been receiving mail for other people with the same address number as ours, but on a different street. We also have mail coming to us for other people on our same street but with a different address number. So I mark on the envelope "not this address", but the very next delivery, it's back in our mailbox. This is the time of year when people are expecting tax statements, reports and other important information and to have it misdirected can present a serious problem for them. I'm tired of hearing "covid" as an excuse for everything from a rainy day to no cat foot on the grocery store shelves. It doesn't "rocket science" to deliver a piece of mail to the correct address. From the looks of the other complaints on here, we're not the only ones with a problem!!!
I don't understand. The govt strongly request vax and boosters. I was in yesta=erday and told to wear a mask by the very nice employee yet those are not the rules. They have left up on the wall the original covid posters saying masks at all times. I sure thought I saw psoters saying if you don't vax you wear a mask. What is it?
The webpage for the King of Prussia PA location states the post office has been open since 9AM. They haven’t contacted any of the customers in line till 9:45AM stating they are having computer issues and couldn’t give us an approximate time when they would open. One of the staff members was rude enough to tell us well I’m not a computer so I don’t know when it would be fixed instead of giving us an approximate time instead of making us wait. I’m 7months pregnant waiting on a line for them to open and they haven’t given us an estimate time. I also start work at 11AM and it’s currently 10:05AM. They didn’t provide an estimate time yet I have work and I’m leaving it’s 10:20AM. Horrible customer service this is the first time this happens to me at this branch.
I have gone 2-3 days without getting any mail delivery, several times over the past 6 weeks or so. Where is it?! I’ve lived in the same house in K of P for more than 35 years. This is a pretty recent development but someone needs to get on it!😳
We have not been getting consistent mail service recently. For example, today we received a package thru USPS but no regular mail. We've had weeks where we get mail 3 days or 4 days. Paying as much as we all do for postage, I expect to get our mail daily. I know something is wrong as over the last 18 years we've lived here I can 't remember a day (other than Sunday or Holidays) where we did not get mail. I suppose there might have been an instance or two, but I don't recall any -- certainly not 3 or 4 days of no mail in a week. This has been going on for the last couple of months.
Really disappointed. The mail carriers I've met in our neighborhood all seem really good -- friendly, professional. But I can't square this with the lack of mail recently

I just received my mail soaking wet can’t even open them. Is this the new norm . Wet mail ots destroyed and unprofessional of the the post man who delivered them. His bag is soaking wet with mail . I want a call back for a complaint ASAP . -10 score . In 30 years I never get soaking wet mail before ?????
I purchased money orders from this location, paid cash, never showed identification... Later that evening, employee, NAKIA MOORE, messaged me on Facebook to say that I "short paid" her and "to return to the unit to rectify the difference and validate your money order value". Again, I never showed her ID so I do not know how she knew me but this is a violation of privacy. No one answers the phone at the post office so I could not report this but I plan to do so with the police and federal authorities. I would avoid this post office at all costs. I do not trust this situation at all.
Where is our mail? We are a large office and receive a large amount of mail daily. We have dedicated employees who are responsible for processing our mail. No deliveries 6/1 or 6/2. Will mail be delivered today?
The employee working in King of Prussia on 4/2/21 has one of the worst attitudes I've ever experienced. Give that job to someone who deserves it. She was rolling her eyes, sighing, miserable, rude, and unkind. I'm not looking to exchange pleasantries but if she's so visibly unhappy then she should find a job that brings her peace and stop actively trying to put her negativity on post office customers. You can do better KOP.
King of Prussia PA mail service sucks! We are a company and have not received our Saturday mail in months, nor is the mail being picked up that is in the mail box from Friday. We need to conduct business first thing on Monday mornings. Speaking with other companies on East Church Road King of Prussia, PA they have not been receiving their mail either. Get with it !
For the past 6 months there has been a refusal on the part of our mail carrier to pick up outgoing mail from my mailbox. This used to be a very normal matter of fact procedure but now it seems to be problematic. There is no mailbox anywhere in my neighborhood (School Side Manor in KOP)
I have asked about this at the post office the last time I was there about a month ago and they told me there was no change in procedure and that I would have to register a complaint. 10 days ago I left a handwritten sign taped to my mailbox asking that the carrier please pick up my outgoing mail -- and they did. Today, I left a letter in my mailbox and again it was ignored. Do I have to make a handwritten request on my mailbox in order to have a letter picked up? This criminal empire called USPS has no problem delivering fraudulent votes by the hundreds of thousands but they can’t deliver mail to peoples houses properly. Go figure. What a waste of tax money this government agency is
We are a business and we receive very sensitive mail. We cannot have our mail left in the lobby nor can we afford for the carrier not to pick up out going mail.
This all occurred the week of 6/19/2019 when our regular carrier was not here.
Please Do Not Leave Mail in the Lobby of the 3rd floor. Please come inside and pick up the outgoing mail as well. This is very unprofessional.
This office never answers the phone. This has been my fifth time complaining we go without mail for 2-3 days it will be upfront it APT 2. I am Disabled my mailbox is in the back I would appreciate you get it right.

There was no delivery service for 479 east church road, King of Prussia on 12-10 also we had outgoing not picked up. It was in in the second floor mailbox first floor is around back we are both disabled we cannot get to the front mailbox. This has been our third time complaining.
Wondering about king of prussia post office first there are five different boxes at my address why would the mailman put all five persons mail in one box could it be that to be s mailman you don t need to be able to READ. Also there are days were no-one here gets any mail five different people can go days eith no mail then all boxes are over flowing. Postmaster needs to investigate the King of Prussia post office because they are not doing their job which means they are taking money for a job they are not doing
I have had problems with this post office for years. My mail is always S getting returned to sender and is late!!! There are things that are extremely important that I haven't received!!! This is unacceptable!! Then I go online to write an email and you can't send the f.....ing thing!!! This is ridiculous!!! Get a couple receptionists who know how to actually work!!!! People need help and this is just wrong that we can't get it!!! But it's the government so its expected!!!!! I would fire everyone and start over because obviously none of you give a shit about your job!!!!
No one has answered the phone for 3 days. I cant make it out to contact these people about my mail. WTF are these people doing that they cant take 2 minutes to answer a question. I have had to deal with this post office for years. Rude employees, long wait times, smashed and bent mail, mail that is 3 weeks behind. I loath walking into that building and have attempted to not have any dealings with those people. Are you going to do something about this or sit on your lazy asses? Have you even noticed any of the other reviews on google or your own web site? What is your hiring process? Do you scrape the bottom of society's bucket to find these people? Really I am tired of this, can I have my mail sent to another post office? I am willing to drive another 10 minutes to go to Bridgeport just to pick my mail up every day.
