I love at 243 lunen street, My mail deliverer puts mail in the box that isn't mine, yesterday I had 14 pieces of mail that belonged to the whole block, my husband delivered it for them.

Do not trust this location with your passport. They will give you incorrect information and really delay your passport.

I always order a roll of 100 stamps and get them in 2 days from the Johnstown, PA Post Office, why did I have to order them thru a Kansas City, MO post office. I ordered Dec. 3 and today is Dec. 13 and no stamps---I no the order envelope is so thin, maybe It got lost, I mailed a check for $58.00

Our service is bad since our regular carrier retired. Never got my water bill & wonder how many other items I may have not received.

We were expecting 6 albino corydorus catfish that were out for delivery, the driver "claimed" the package was undeliverable at a certain time, well, we looked at our camera on our porch and nobody came at the time claimed by the driver. Also, they delivered 2 other packages that same day, so they probably forgot and lied about the attempted delivery. What a disappointment.

Deplorable and discourteous! I'm sick of the bullying! I'm tired of the run around. I gave you what you needed. You told me to return today to get my mail. I did and you claimed to not have it! You did the same to my injections from the VA not to long ago that needed to be refrigerated. You ruined over $ 1000 dollars worth of medication that the VA had to replace. Enough is enough! I will report you again on Monday I obviously can't trust your word, an I'm not coming in their and coming unglued so that I become the bullying buffoons that you are. But I will call up your chain until this never happens to anyone else ever again. You all seem to enjoy being mockingly ridiculous to people. It has to end!

I'm very upset with my mail carrier, needed to send outgoing mail, left an unmissable note on mail box, carrier ignored !!! Took me less than 45 seconds to get to box ,he just drove off !!!

Once again mail was probably tried to be delivered to another address. This has happened many times before to me and my neighbors. We then have to do the postman job for him. Had a package clearly addressed, but delivered to a different address on another street. I still have not seen my package. We were home, and message was found that said they tried to deliver it.

Mailed two anniversary cards a week ago Monday. One delivered one not. The one that was not went to Windsor pa and had a gift card enclosed. Of course I am not happy it never got delivered. Why?

Whatever you do, don't you dare try to call this office to ask a question. I use the 'informed delivery' feature on their app and found that I had a package that there was a delivery attempt and that there was "Action Needed". So I thought that I'd call to find out what was needed.... All I got was a message with a few options... one of which was to call the 800 number. The last was to wait and an employee would be right there. When that answered, it was the same recording, giving options and saying to stay right there if you have a question.... and so on... and so on... and so on....

In the last month I lost 2 orders that went through Jamestown, pa facility and then never went anywhere!!!! Just gone!!! Lost over $50.00 because I didn’t insure my packages cause I didn’t think I had to pay money to make Sure the post office did their jobs!!!!!!!! This post office is clearly the worst!

I live in Chambersburg Pa and sent a package to 70 S Colgate on March 27,2020. After tracking the package I received an Alert that there was no such number. I have tried to contact a person to help find the package. It is a correct address. Can anyone help.

The postal office for Johnstown, PA is terrible. The staff at the office won’t answer the phone and don’t deliver my mail. I have informed delivery and twice now I have reported that my mail wasn’t delivered. I am a disabled veteran and I have to have reliable mail delivery.

I HAD MY MAIL ON HOLD FROM 5/25/18 AND WAS TO BE DELIVERED TODAY 5/30/18. THE MAIL CARRIER DID NOT DELIVER MY MAI TODAY. I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS TO TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE CONCERNING THIS., LEFT MESSAGES. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. MY CONFRIMATION # CAH310492444. WHERE IS MY MAIL?

Just wondering if there's still Saturday mail deliveries? Because last Sat my mail never got picked up and this Sat (today) I haven't seen a mail carrier within 3 miles of my home and he's usually at my home by 10am.....Does anyone know? I called the main office in Johnstown but no one answers.
