Recently I had an accident at the intersection of Huntington Pike and Welsh Rd. Your delivery truck pulled up a few seconds later and asked whether I was ok. Not being from the area she told me what the street address was for the purpose of getting police to me as well as information to the insurance company. She even offered to wait until help arrived. There should be more people around like her. Her name was Nancy. Thank you, Nancy.
I was looking all over the house for an envelope containing a payment intended for the Lower Moreland Township drop box, when it occurred to me that I might have mistakenly included it in a bundle of outgoing mail. I called the Huntingdon Valley Post Office, where Steve told me he would send a text message to Don, our mail carrier, asking him to look in his bag for an envelope without a stamp. Within an hour, the flag on our mailbox had been raised to let us know the envelope had been found! A big thank-you to these postal employees who took the trouble to help us today! They are always friendly and obliging, but today they exceeded themselves.
For unknown reasons, the Huntingdon Valley Post Office IS NOT on the USPS listing.
If you want to sight-up for the Informed Delivery web service, (see your mail prior to delivery) you'll do so in vein.
One's delivery post office is used to verify the submitted address from the USPS listing. Since the Huntingdon Valley Post Office is absent from the listing, your 'sign-up' becomes invalid & you cannot benefit from the service.
I have had nothing but good experiences at this post office. Usually the customer's attitude con-notates how they will be treated by the staff. Have obtained my passport there and regular postal services. Never had a problem receiving packages. I guess most people commenting on this site never had a bad day in their life. Nice to be perfect?
This post office is the rudest and most ignorant group of individuals. It is disgusting how they treat customers. They made an elderly customer with a boken ankle who has to pick up her mail leave in tears. She cried all night. She doesnt want to complain because she was told by a community member that if you complain to the about their rudeness they will retaliate against you. She was told they will leave your mail out in the rain on purpose. How dare they Who do they think they are. It infuriates me that any organization treats customers so poorly. Is this where our tax dollars go? They should be fired. Customer service should be upmost priority. Where is the compassion

I called and spoke with Ralph. He is the rudest person I have ever talked to. Very unhelpful and when I tried to ask questions he would literally yell at me for interrupting what he was doing. He could not explain anything about my tracking information and actually hung up on me the first time I called so I had to call back.
worst staff. Especially, JOHN. Impolite, lazy and not helpful. He does not know how to talk with elderly. He is a racist. If I knew the contact of the USPS manager, I would write the strongest written complaint.
