We didn't recieve our mail at times last March or Feb. Apparently there was a court summons that got sent back to Delaware County from Honey Brook post office. As a result a member of my family was jailed for 2 days. This was YOUR NEGLIGENCE! He was in recovery from opiate addiction, and as a result was denied his meds. He could have died if he didn't stay strong and not take something that could have killed him.. Think about your actions! they could be costing peoples lives! We are looking into legal action against Honey Brook Postal Service being incompetent!

Been at my address now going on 5 years and im still getting other peoples mail. Who have not lived here in over 10 years. My neighbors are getting my mail or the postal worker is putting my packages in the wrong mail box. The lady who works at the front desk is no help what so ever always has an attitude with everyone every day

This is regarding a package that was not delivered and the reason was that I requested it to be held at the post office. Which is not the case What ever happened to the motto of the post office : Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.
