Worst post office ever. Customer service is horrible, they dont pick up the phone. Workers are rude. My mail is constantly lost with no explanation, i constantly get mail that does not belong to me. I actually moved out of the Hawley area due to the incompetence of the mail service provided in Hawley.
we have experienced numerous occasions where packages have had to be picked up at the post office. While understandable in snowy or icy conditions, our postal delivery person has found it too inconvenient to drive our 1/2 mi driveway to deliver packages. I fail to understand why USPS can't take the time to do this on dry road conditions. With the expense of gasoline and our "green agenda" why should I instead drive 8 mi. each way to pick up pkgs that you are obligated to deliver? I am a senior citizen. UPS and Fed Ex don't have this issue delivering.
Well me again! No mail delivered again today too Springbrook Estates in Shohola,pa! 1-11-22 I am a senior citizen on workers compensation and need my checks!!! This is a GOVERNMENT run agency how can the mail not get delivered??? Someone needs too step in or be transferred too Hawley too correct this major problem!!! It's a shame our mail lady passed away, but since then we can't get our mail on a regular basis! NOW THIS IS 2 DAYS WITH NO MAIL DELIVERY!!!! Maybe a call too the Attorney General's office will get some answers! Because 570-226-4847 is off the hook, and not being answered! This is how the HAWLEY POST OFFICE runs things!!!
Why is the phone always busy???? Been calling all day. Waiting for a wheelchair that says being delivered today. Other mail/package delivered to mailbox but chair not here.
Why is your telephone continually busy. The Hawley (18428) Post Office is behaving as if they do not want any calls. This is very frustrating. They can return my calls at 570 351 1816.

why is it that my packages that always go missing in hawley pa are always my high ticket items? High prices items always missing but I get everything else!!!
