Harleysville Post!!! What the reason is for delivering mail at 10 pm I would like to know. I live up a 1/4 mile lane and can't see the mailbox. Never know who the carrier is. Was nice enough to put small package in box. But bigger one thrown on the ground. It was only in the plastic manufacturer bag. WITH A TEAR. IN THE RAIN. Uncalled for. There is a shelf behind box plus, No reason why it wasn't brought to the door or delivered next day. We have had an iron hook on mailbox post for over 20 yrs that postal people use to put larger packages in grocery bag and hang it off the ground. Between that and not processing your mail right away. Post marking mail and utilities not being received until 3 weeks later when its late. Some received in 3 days and posted. So where was that letter? Thrown in a bin and forgotten about? Getting very disgusted with your service which is supposed to be a very important and necessary part of peoples lives. Get it together!
Postal clerk Ala Uddin of harleysville post office was absolutely no help and was rude as well. Was just trying get a P.O. Box for my elderly father who is in a nursing and was unsympathetic to the situation. He even told me to go home when I was upset with his lack of service and know how. You go home Ala and don’t come back.
Mail carrier Towamencin Condo or mail sorter Harleysville post office. Writing down return to sender address unknown. My mail is being sent back. No one filled out moved paperwork. This is unacceptable. I am not receiving my mail this happened before I got no mail in the whole month of June. They gave me no reason why this happened. Please get someone who knows what they are doing in that post office.
