I’ve never had any issues with any post office in my life UNTIL I moved to Hanover one year ago. I’ve lost count of how many times my mail is put in my neighbors mail box, and also how many times mail for someone else’s address was put in mine. My mail is delivered only 2-4 days a week, every. single. week. It’s 6:15pm on a Monday and I haven’t had mail delivered since Thursday. “ThE wHoLe WoRLdS uNdErStAfFeD” I don’t care. I’m dag nab sure the post office is at least supposed to deliver mail on time no matter what. And if I’m wrong please let me know. Or at least how can I pick up my mail from Hanover post office rather than wait a week for something that should’ve been delivered 5 days ago…

It seems that no matter when I call nobody ever answers the phone. They post hours of operations for reason so people can call I understand places being busy but no matter what time or what day I call I never get an answer. We have had so many issues at high street apartments with our male going into the wrong mailbox mail not being delivered and it falls in the truck somewhere a Post Office Needs to hold their delivery people more accountable. I have an email that says my package was delivered into my mailbox September 2nd at 4:27 p.m. I have yet to receive the package I have correspondence from the people that the package is coming from so now I need correspondence with the people who are supposed to do their job and deliver the mail. Since living here for years I have had my package dropped off at the wrong apartment in the double digits sometimes apartment wine sometimes apartment 3 sometimes apartment 12 I don't know why it is so hard for people to just slow down to read the addresses appropriately. I work at amazon 4- 6years, if I don't do my job u can't do urs...

I just came from your post office checking on a package that was to be delivered in my mail box on Jan. 11, The young lady I talked to at the desk was very nice and checked on the package. According to the tracking system., my package was delivered to my box on that date at 2:19PM Although it says it was delivered in my box, I assure you it was not. We live where all our boxes are together. I don't believe it was delivered at the time it says because our mail carrier never gets here before 4 pm any day and if he put the package in my box, I would have it. It is obvious that he put it in the wrong box and that person didn't return it. I know I am out of having my package, but it would be nice if the carrier would be a little more careful on delivering our mail. Quite often we have someone else's mail in our box.

We have so many problems with our mail person. She doesn't give the right mail, she drops mail on the ground and leaves it there, she won't bring your packages to your porch, shoves packages in the newspaper box and the list goes on and on. She hasn't a clue on how to do her job. I don't know how you can get paid for not doing your job! The Hanover Post Office just plain sucks. I wish they would hire people who want to work. Service used to be good, but it has went down hill big time with this year being the worst!!!

Not real happy with delivery in rural area. Portraits folded and shoved in mailbox, packages left in rain, larger boxes shoved in mailbox ruining other mail delivered. Service used to be very good, this last year has not been good at all!

My family ordered book bags for the upcoming school year and had got the notification that they had arrived at the post office. We went in to see if we could possibly get them before my little sister started school and the woman working refused to even see if they were in, guess the right to your mail isn't really the right to your mail. Thank you :(

Terrible service. They put large boxes in our small box and then yell at us for "not picking up" our mail if we miss one day. This has happened three times in the last 8 months, when we have lived here 10 years and never happened before. I am beyond frustrated.

My sons birthday and Christmas presents were sent out on Dec.8th 2014 and was listed as 'delivered' on the 16th of Dec. I have yet to find out where my sons belongings are. To make matters even worse I was told that I was ineligible to file a claim although the package was clearly delivered to someone else's address. Is it possible to find the postal worker who made the delivery so I can figure out where he delivered it?

I ordered a package from Amazon Prime that was supposed to be delivered to my business on Monday, December 15. I have them delivered to my business so I don't have to worry about them being left unattended at home or missed by the carrier. I received a text and email from Amazon stating the package was attempted to be delivered on Sunday. We are closed on Sunday. I didn't think this would be a problem and would receive it on Monday as scheduled. Today is Thursday and still no further attempt to be delivered. I came to the post office after lunch and picked up my package. Evidently no one was going to deliver it or notify me to pick up. If there is not going to be any attempt to deliver, I would appreciate at least getting a notice to pick up my package. I have also left Amazon know that I am not happy with USPS delivery of my Amazon packages.
