Every time I’m supposed to get a package delivered from the post office, I get an email saying that they attempted to deliver it, but ran into a problem. I sat and watched for them at the exact time that they said they were here. They were not here. They are lying. This is beyond ridiculous. Just who is in charge and why has this been going on for literally years?

Tried to call the Greensburg Post Office - twice - listened to all of the info and phone rang and rang, no one answered and then it hung up - Reason for my call - I got a package yesterday and it was opened!!! Someone send a check to me on the 5th of the November (it's now the 15th) and still have not received it - can't get in touch with anyone to find out what is going on - did we get a new mail person? Shipping and postal rates keep going up, service is going down!!!

HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MAIL COUPLE OF TIMES. The Mail person on Saturday drove right past the box and didn't bother to stop and pick the mail up. I had to go get it out of the box to save for Monday pickup. WHAT IS GOING ON. CAN'T EVEN DEPEND ON MAIL DELIVERY. THAT'S PRETTY SAD!

Today - May 13, 2023 was food bank pickup. Due to the rain , I did not leave my donation at the mailbox and I missed the mail delivery. Can I leave it at the mailbox on Monday to be picked up or what do you suggest? My address is 110 Chapel View Drive, Greensburg

My mail has not been picked up at 423 Culbertson Ave. I put out a card yesterday for my sister’s birthday today..still there!! Why aren’t you delivering the mail here and picking it up?????

Why when delivering a package, the deliverer does not knock or ring the doorbell when it's right in front of them? With the proliferation of package thefts, you would think that would be a priority of delivery services.

I live on Nesslers Lane in Hempfield Township. For the last 4 weeks one day of the week no mail has been delivered to us. I know this because I have had mail in the Mail Box to go out, with the flag up and the mail is still there with the flag still up at the end of the day and the next morning. I am not aware of a change in your schedule to only deliver mail 5 days a week. So I can understand vacations and such but there are fill ins, do you not do that anymore ! Yet the P.O. Always wants a increase . Monday was observance of a holiday, was Tuesday an extension ?

problems with delivery people. Our mail held from june 30th to july 6 th. For some reason fridays mail was delivered. I do not like my mail sitting in mailbox for days. Your workers are sloppy! I am also calling often because other peoples mail is delivered to us and people receive our mail .I am sorry if it is difficult to find people to work . I am st that point if I get my mail only 3 times a week by people who Know what they are doing fine

Do not go to this post office. It has the rudest employees. Marty specifically today was so rude, disrespectful, and snarky towards customers. This Post Office has the WORST customer service.

Called the Greensburg USPS today 1.28.21 near 3:05. They indicated they had modified hours certain days. Politely asked about who made the decision to change hours (I doubt it was even a local decision). Transferred to supervisor. Supervisor refused to answer. Refused to give his name or position. Hung up on me. I called back. Was hung up on again.

Your drivers need to slow down through the neighborhoods. There are kids out and animals that walk the roads. The speed limit is 5mph or so and they do about 40mph. They seriously need to be told to Slow the Hell down!!!!

Im just amazed at the reviews left here. Are you serious? The hours at the post office have been that way since ever...so find a work around. Take a personal day to catch up on some stuff and get your mail situation dealt with. Not hard to figure out when you try. Routes change time to time. So when you get your mail can vary. Someone could be on vacation or out sick. Another carrier has to make up for that. Get a grip! Think about this...if you HAD to go to the post office to get ALL you mail, ALL the time. That would be a pain! These folks bring it TO you and you cant give them a good word? Thats disrespectful and ungrateful! For my part, my service has been very good. Both in the post office as well as home delivery. I also know a carrier that has told me about nightmare situations on her job. Just suck it up people. You are NOT the center of the universe! Everyone wants to have it their way. We all have to learn to meet in the middle. Put yourself in your mail carriers well worn shoes. How rough of a day have they had?

I can't believe the lousy complaints from customers!! Most of you couldn't last a day delivering mail, walking or driving! Personally, I think the Postal Employees are doing an excellent job. Afterall, no one and nothing is perfect and the employees are doing their best!! Nope, I am not a postal employee. Thank you USPS guys and gals!

They have terrible customer service!! I have been waiting for my mail since this morning and it's 2:30 on a Friday! I'm leaving Greensburg and going to Pittsburgh for the weekend, and I have an important letter arriving today! I called to ask if they could find out when my mail would be arriving and the lady who answered the phone said no I can't. Looks like they have many complaints, maybe they should start listen to their customers and make a change!

As the USPS continues losing business, it amazes me they don't realize that, just maybe, actually improving their customer service might slow down or even reverse the losses! Actually being open when most working people can get there could go a long way in improving business. I received a delivery notice for a certified letter that I have to sign for, the office hours for M-F are 8:30am to 5pm and 9-2 on Saturdays. Unfortunately this Saturday is a holiday and my work hours are 8-5. How is anyone that works supposed to be able to use the Post Office when the Post Office's hours don't start until after their work and end the same time? I don't work in Greensburg so going to the Post Office during lunch is not an option. Maybe....just maybe if they had at least one day of the week when they stayed open until 6 or 7 pm, then working people could actually be able to use the Post Office's services! A business' in the Service industry usually doesn't last when they don't place their priority on the "service" of what they do! The only reason the USPS has remained viable this long is their close ties to the government, if they were a privately-owned business they would have gone out-of-business a long time ago with their lack of service to their customers. The USPS is a dinosaur from the past, its short-sighted management seems unable or unwilling to adjust its processes/procedures to meet 21st century demands. This is a prime example of a "company" that needs a "clean sweep" from the top down in order to survive!

Joyce Novotny is, by far, the most excellent Postal Service employee I have ever encountered. She always answers my questions correctly, and has always been able to straighten out any problems I have ever had with mail delivery. She is a credit to the USPS!

Wondering why there has been a US Post office Box truck at the Tribune Review in Greensburg, PA where single-copier carriers load for papers? Aren't US Postal Service government vehicles only for that purpose... someone needs to check on this, before anymore tax dollars are carelessly wasted. . .

I don't think the carriers can read!!! They delivered 2 regular envelopes to my box but a package with the same address gets delivered to some one else. Well, I guess if you can't read then you can go for a government job!!! Why not, just like the Democrats!!!
