I had a package sent to my cousins house like I’ve had all summer. The woman I spoke to this morning said that the Fairfield Pennsylvania new policy is unless the name that is actual house address can no packages unless it’s the owners name can be delivered. SO now my kids school sportswear have to be resent to the sender for no reason… I am beyond upset and so is the owner, who has packages sent to their house for others all the time. Talk about bad service

Terrible service. Packages not being delivered for no given reason. Worst postal service I have ever had.

my package says it was delivered on my front porch . I've been here and there's nothing anywhere outside.

Wondering why our mailbox lid on Deer Trail has been left open every day this week so that our mail gets wet when it rains. No one else on the street seems to have this issue. The lid closes perfectly fine for me, so why not for our mail delivery person?

First place I've ever lived that doesn' t deliver mail to house. What a pain. I love Amazon Prime but may cancel as they use USPS and my packages sit at the Post Office because I work the hours they sre open. No concern at all about pleasing the public as I've dealt with this office for 12 years.

These people were so helpful and dedicated, even as I terrorized everyone within a 50 mile radius about my passport. They didn't mind me running around yelling at people in my cellphone as long as at the end of the day, I got what I needed and they got paid for it. Very very kind and helpful people.
