The personnel that work in the post office is terrible. they should get paid based on the customer service. that way they will do a much better job.

Like so many others who have posted here I am also among the MANY who either receive neighbors mail or never receive important documents I am waiting for. This has been going on for quite sometime, as far back to when the last Stimulus check was mailed out early last year. I received the letter informing me it was mailed - but never actually got the check. When I receive my neighbors mail I always walk it over to them, I suspect they receive some of my mail but are not as courteous. Today I received mail for someone who lives a BLOCK AWAY. It states on this website that the comments are not read by postal employees, so I'm guessing this was just a waste of my time.

I live on Morvale Rd, and sporadically we do not get mail, even though a website will say things are out for delivery. I guess when carriers run behind they call it quits for the day. I should do the same, if usps employees call my company because their heat is out and I'm running behind, I should call it quits for the day.

I live in Avona Heights in Wilson Borough and I think you mail delivery sucks. I am waiting just like everyone else for inportant tax forms and because of you I cannot file early. I am 70 years old and need every penny I can get. You people SUCK BIG TIME and excuses just don't cut it.

I have been trying to contact the Easton, PA postal office for THREE days to find out where my forwarding address request is, which I filed over a month ago. No one answers the phone. What is going on with this agency?

My wife and I had our address changed since we moved and these clowns have yet to forward any of our mail. We try to call and they have the nerve not to answer the phone. They should hire competent people to work there instead of what they have now. Poor customer service.

We have informed delivery. However, it is often the case that we don't receive our mail. Sometimes we never get it. At times it has been important tax information. I know you couldn't care less given your irresponsible behavior that never seems to improve. I am 64 and in my entire life I have never had a mail service as your office provides. I would fire all of you. Especially, your Postmaster. You are truly pathetic. I'm not done with this email. I plan to go further. I'm retired and have no problem spending hours working to have those responsible held accountable.

I live in the Neston Heights in Easton. I called to make complaints several times about my mail! We have a community box. I put my address in mines and the residents names and still I get neighbors mail I have a video to prove that. I walked it to them but unfortunately who ever box they put my mail in they throw away or keep. I had a Xmas present sent somewhere else only yo basically be told I was liar in other words because a GPS but it's all one box of course it would say it was delivered there. I had my W-2 sent to another one! That has all my info they could usey name for anything now. I had time sensitive material with more of my information walked over to me by a neighbor. Days I don't get anything so now that's in question and today the video shows a entire stack of someone's mail not mines and I have nothing. So now I have to make calls to figure out my bills and hope I didn't miss anything important! I understand the job must be frustrating but this is getting to be too much. You are messing with my life litterally!

Missing package, tracking number says delivered 6-19-19. I call them no answer. I drive over to the post office and am told the item was not yet delivered, they will TRY to deliver today 6-26 -19. PATHETIC service. Just another reason for PRIVATIZATION OF THE POSTAL SERVICE!!!!!!

There is def a problem at this post office. While most postal workers there are kind & courteous, there are some bad apples here who are adamantly unhelpful. My mail gets stolen. Or goes missing for a few weeks. “Too bad for you. Next!” Unbelievable! I haven’t gotten my mail all summer. Like NOTHING! Even w a PO Box. Beyond angry.

For about the fourth time I got to the post office and they are out of stamps! Are you kidding me!!!!! This post office is so poorly managed it's a crime! The last time I tried to get stamps and they were out of them I called and was told that I should call first to make sure they have them before I make a trip down. Why? I don't have to call the paint store to see if they have paint.

I've been having a major issue with my post office lately. I send product through the mail and my business relies on the postal service to be timely and efficient. Easton Postal Office is neither. I've had numerous things lost in the mail and many things take close 3 weeks to deliver! It's ridiculous and I plan to complain.
