I live on Paist Road in Doylestown. We have not had mail delivered for 4 days. I understand that there was bad weather on Tuesday and Friday but what about Wednesday and Thursday.

The woman with the mask and gloves behind the counter in Doylestown at 5 pm, June 1, 2023 is unfriendly, rude and not helpful. She speaks so softly I couldn’t understand her, and when I told her I couldn’t hear her she just looked at me in a hostile way

shipping small boxes from my home for 25 years on Belmont Square in Doylestownboro, put a big sign outside USPS pick up, the mailman seen it went about his route and I know he swings by after he’s done within 15 minutes, so I stood outside with the boxes in my hand and he drove right by me nice and fast didn’t turn his head, this is why the post office is a failure

just a question. we have had many lost pieces of mail since November 2020 and I realize the holiday and mail-in balloting did not help the situation. just have not had consistent delivery over this period and as of today 2-3-21, we have not had mail delivered since 1-30-21 (snow storm on Sunday and Monday) but roads passable yesterday and definitely today. please help!

Good afternoon, I received notice that my Amazon package was delivered by USPS yesterday, Monday 2/1/21 at 12:47PM. No package was delivered to my property. I have tried to file a claim at USPS.com but do not know the sending party’s (Amazon) sending address. SO the system would not let me file a claim. I called you folks and the phone rang and rang with no pickup. AM assuming you are very busy today with the weather. Please just tell me what I can do to track my package. It is an expensive item. Thanks for your help...Dorothy Stark

Received notification that package with the tracking # 9400111202555576406681 was delivered today, but it was not. Called the Post Office and the phone just rang and rang until it disconnected me!

I received an email that my package was delivered to your post office for delivery on Jan 12th and then on Jan 14th was told my package is delayed and that you are adjusting delivery plans as soon as possible???? It is now 1/17/2022 and still no word on the status of my package. The tracking number is #92612901113482553357247626. Please advise via email as you do not answer your phone..

I had a package coming via USPS and it says it arrive yesterday but I do not have it. I totally don’t mind waiting or if it ended up in the wrong place, that is fixable and no buggy, however I can’t get a hold of anyone! The 1-800 number has an hour wait to speak to a representative and when calling the Doylestown USPS directly no one picks up! I’ve called three times today and it rings a long while and then cuts off. Is this the correct phone number?

We live at 2525A Holicong 18902 and we have another build here which is 2525 Holicong 18902. The "A" is quite often missed and almost everyday either we receive a package for them or vise-versa. Recently, it has gotten worse as we are receiving mail that belongs to third parties. Please ask the carrier to focus and take more care. Thanks

On this icy, cold day I'd like to give a big "shout-out" to the mail carriers that deliver in the Carversville Road/413 area. Not just today, but everyday, we get excellent service. Time to get recognized for the good work that you do! Happy Holidays to All!
