Frequently receive mail from different addresses. When said mail is put in the mailbox flap to be picked up and redelivered it ends up back in my mailbox unless I write all over it in sharpie. Also, there are 4 labeled mailboxes and almost every day mail is put in the wrong boxes. Oversized packages marked as tried to deliver without any attempt made, I know because I have cameras.
Stopped mail while away but it is being delivered. Tried calling but phone is not answered. The phone continues to ring before going to busy. Know you are busy and short handed but have called for over and hour to no avail.

The new post mistress is very rude and don't care about our item she's had been leavening my oversized package on the side of the street and they had got stolen. I confronted her about it that she can't do that just knock and notified us that there's a larger package if she's unable to carry it but don't leave my package on the street. Her comment was she's just leave it at the post office next time. Since then she's she's still leaving then on that side of the street.. Waiting for my package it show delivery 6:45 I check at 7:15 no package but it shows been delivered I received 3 other packages from amazon that same time. I know she left it on the street.. But I'll be getting the post master general involve because she has to stop . She's new and this thing has never happen before I'm living at my location for 6 years.i know their job is hard but you know what your job requirements when u sign up. Don't vandalized people mail.
When you have a CUSTOMER on the Phone and it rings, and rings, and rings, you should answer the damm thing, it's no wonder you have the reputation your service has, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!
