I have tried to call the Clearfield office and speak with the Postmaster, someone, anyone and everday this week the line is busy all day. In regards to the lady that delivers mail in Glen Richey. I have you on video several times literally ‘throwing my packages down ‘ on my patio. It’s the video camera with even audio era! Last week my package was smashed with glass flowing through the box. Today, I watched you again throw my package down again! Now I will be taking my videos to the Postmaster personally to watch.

I have been trying for 3 hrs. for someone to answer the phone in Clearfield Pa. Post Office. Why do they not answer? They have the phone off the hook. It's been busy for 3 hrs.

not happy with the people at the post office. when I order a package I put my house number and the post office pobox number. now at the post office they tell me the my package was almost sent back because of the address. I have no way of known what package will be dropped at the house or at the post office. what to do after 34 years at the same address?

I was very disappointed today at the Clearfield Pa Post office, when I went in I had alot of letters for my place of employment and needed to have them all scanned individually due to weight, instead of just doing them and being polite she choose to fight with me that they don't do that and that she doesn't have Time for this until I had my boss call in to talk to someone to make her do it, then she finally started to do them but complained the entire time about how they don't do this and my boss knows it , last I check the Post office's job was to mail letters no matter if it is one or 50. I guess next time I will have to go to FedEx if I want good costumers service since the post office doesn't mail letters.

I don't understand why the mailman said that he delivered a priority mail box that I sent, even listed the tracking number delivered, when the person I sent it to had her mail hand delivered that day because she was waiting on it and there was no box. Pretty messed up considering shipping isn't cheap and he obviously didn't do his job. Even put on there that he delivered it to the house and left it by the garage or other out building, which he did not. Do your job or give to someone who will.
