I filed a complaint last week and was told by a postal employee that I would be getting a response and I didn't. I went into the Cheswick post office last week to mail 2 envelopes and the clerk and a customer had a stack of newspapers and were in process of stuffing a very large box (at least 2 feet high) After awhile I said, "Are you going to wait on me?" The clerk said "I'm sorry" and the customer started yelling at me. This went one for awhile as the clerk started taping the box shut. Two of my brothers work in the post office and said that the clerk is to wait on customers and that when someone brings a package to the P.O it is to be wrapped. The clerk should not be wrapping people's packages. I had to be in Natrona Heights in 15 minutes, so I couldn't wait. I had to leave. If this is the policy in Cheswick, maybe you should advertise that people can bring their packages to get them wrapped. Thank you.
