Never picked up mail. When Trump gets back in he and DeJoy will privatize the USPS.

The mail was not delivered to businesses at 340 N. Mail St., Butler, PA for over one month. This caused major problems with bill paying. The carrier said that the front door was locked. I have a mail slot. What did the previous carriers do for the last three decades? Are we getting too lazy at the PO delivery that no effort is made for the mail slot and it is easier to let mail for businesses pile up at the distribution center.

I am not at all happy that I have called numerous times to discuss a not received package, but the system says that it was delivered. It is not small or cheep. At no point was I even able to speak to an actual person & the phone call was ended, thanks to the Butler post office. Apparently, I need to actually go to the office to speak with a person to find out the reality of my package that says that it was delivered but I have looked multiple times at all of my home entrances with no package has been found.

Too bad there isn't another way to get my mail. They like to deliver your mail to the wrong house, they like to lie to you about it. Not good customer service. Tracking said my package was out for delivery. Then in the middle of the day it said given to an agent for final delivery. Why couldn't the carrier bring it if it was already on the truck? Who knows. So I send a message a day or so later as I am in the hospital and my family is looking for it. A guy calls and tells me it was delivered down the road, and he will tell the carrier to reach out to them for the package. If no luck they will send a letter. A day later my son checks tracking and low and behold it says the package is lost and cannot be delivered. Contact Amazon for the next step. So I go on Amazon and there site says unfortunately a problem occurred during delivery we are canceling delivery. The package is being returned. We will issue a refund 3 to 5 days after we receive the package. I pay for prime and I believe this is a prime item. So who is getting screwed over. I'm pretty sure who had my package! And they are not nice people. And it is not the first time something has been delivered there by mistake.

I am not receiving my mail. I live on my checks and was suppose to get it Saturday and still haven't received it. This happens every week. The neighbors and I are only receiving our mail twice a week. My husband passed away and I am suppose to get Government mail and I am not receiving it on time. It comes up on my USPS email but I never receive it till days later, if I ever do.

Plz tell our new post man to put our mail in right mail box. Were getting tired of exchanging each other's mail.Would help if he read the apt.number.Green acres on litman rd.near butler mart and sewage company. Also would be nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone instead of listening to a long message only to check for an agent to be available then hang up.I was gonna do the survey but not very happy at moment ty We had the best mailman before this one wish he never left he read the apt.numbers .Ty have a great day.

I don't understand why we have a basic letter tracked and it says it's in Butler, pa for 4-5 days from the IRS and we still have not received it. What goes on at this post office that's so different from others that makes it so hard to deliver mail. This is why people don't send through USPS anymore. The worse part is nobody cares when you try to get help from there.

Why is this post office so archaic?! Why does it not have a kiosk?! It’s ridiculous trying to get postage stamps and having to go to Sams or the cranberry post office because the only time I can get to the post office is after business hours!

Terrible office. IRS confirmed proper address in my stim check and that it was still given to wrong address. Courts confirmed mailing me court mail oct 1st it is now the 16th I have gotten nothing. This place has lazy workers who care not for the safety of our mail.

We (my whole street) have not received mail or had pick up of mail for two full days. There has been no major snow storm or construction in our area... when I called the 800 number all they did was take my info... I tried to call the actual post office and got a recording that the post office was closed (10:00am) and to call during regular business hours ?!?!

Normally my delivery during the week is great, however on Sunday package deliveries, FORGET IT. Out of the 5 Sunday deliveries 1 actually made it to my address. The carrier either leaves it next door at a visually vacant house (Not my address),or maybe down the road, but does not leave it at my address. I have complained to the Post Office numerous times. They tell me to call Amazon and tell them it was stolen and they will replace it. It was not stolen it was in the hands of an idiot who can not read names or addresses. Any time they fill in a substitute carrier I can almost guarantee that my mail is anywhere but my mailbox.
