I live on Summer Street, until recently I have never had a problem with my mail being delivered. About 4 months ago we have started finding our mail on our stoop, in the bushes, under the stoop because of wind, and one day a neighbor brought it back because it was blown into their yard a few doors down. We have a clear post now to put mail IN the mailbox and packages inside the inclosed front porch. i again want to say we have never had a problem with this being done until a few months ago. I am so concerned that someone else is going to catch something that blows away or someone will steal a package because this one person that randomly delivers my mail is lazy. i do not think its to much to ask that any person delivering mail and/or packages on the windy/hilly summer street area make sure all is secure when they deliever mail to the destination.
