terrible customer service, they don't answer the phone and don't give you a choice to leave a voice mail and certainly not a call back, rings for 5 minutes then hangs up
To the Postmaster and all the employees at Blue Bell. My wife and I just want to thank you all for the awesome service that you have been providing during the voting period; the pandemic and the management obstruction. You should all be congratulated for a job well done. Thank you very much. Paul & Joy Greenlee
I am really just trying to make someone aware of the issue we are having with deliveries to our development on the weekends! We live in a community that has two entrances with gates. One is for residents only and the gates are down all the time. The other one is for anyone and the gates are open 6am to 6pm every day. The mail carrier that delivers (or tries to deliver) on the weekends is trying to enter at a gate that is for residents only and anytime we are to have a package delivered on a weekend try to enter the residence only gate, can't get in and we get a text message " Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location 09/05/2020 3:00pm BLUE BELL PA 19422 Reply STOP to cancel". Don't you think this person would think, "there has to be another way in, how else do they get there mail?" This has been happening for months now!!
I paid for postal exam book to take assessment, after being told that if I was not hired I’d be refunded. Well, I was not hired and after contacting them about it I was told: “we don’t have exam book or charge for any test” so that’s a real scumbag fllm-flam operation you have going on
The phone service was poor. My local mail person has recently started delivering my mail to my neighbors and they have returned it to me. In January 2018 I was late with my mortgage possibly due to a mail mix up. Today My next door neighbor hand delivered my mail that was left at her house. 09Feb2018.
I’m not one to ever take the time to complain about bad customer service because I understand that everyone makes mistakes but when there are repeated various issues and inconveniences occurring it seems like the only solution. I live in an apartment building that has a concierge who job is to sign for any incoming packaging received by all carriers and then notifies the resident that a package has been delivered which we then have to sign for in order to have the package released into our possession. So I’m wondering why on now 2 occasions I have received confirmation that my order was delivered according to Usps and it was signed by the concierge but when I went to retrieve it they said that I did not have any deliveries. When I checked my mailbox there was a notice stating that they attempted to delivery my parcel however I was not available to sign for the delivery. And that wouldn’t even be such an issue if they at least would have tried to contact me or have my concierge contact me asking me to come down to the lobby and personally sign for it but that never happened either. And why would I get a notification saying that my package was delivered and waiting to be picked up as if the package was no longer in there custody. So now I have to take time out of my busy day to actually personally go to the post office otherwise it will be returned to sender. Could someone please explain Why something so ridiculous would be an effective method or let alone convenient for either USPS/ the receiving recipient to accomplish the simple task of delivering/ receiving deliveries/ mail?
Still haven't received last month's bills from Verizon and AT&T. Saturday evening received mail from a neighbor, and this morning received more mail on my door from another neighbor. No mail in my lock box. Apparently my mail put into two different lock boxes. How do I get my mail delivered to me?
Once again Verizon bill not received nor was AT&T bill. Postal employees who deliver mail say not their fault mail delivered in wrong lock box. Phone companies say stop using unreliable post office and pay on line. I give up. You win. I'll stop using post office and pay on line.
I called to make an appointment today for a passport and the lady that answered the phone was so nasty and rude that I hung up on her and called a different location. Not a good way to start the day. You also need to correct your hours on your website about when you take appointments. It says you do it on Monday.
I have been trying to call the Blue Bell location to schedule a passport renewal for my wife and I along with 2 minors passports and I get a fax machine when I call your number. What # do I call to make the appointment?

Hello
I am sorry but I am upset. Post office just called me and disputed my receiving my Boscovs package. I have no reason to say that I didn't receive my package if I didn't. The supervisor at the post office couldn't tell me what the home looked like that package was delivered to. I had hoped to check with my neighbors. I'm sorry for my ranting. I don't know if there is anything you can do to rectify this situation? Thank you for your time.
Sincerely

Hello, I would like to say that I really appreciate the way you helped me with delivery from outside US. Both me and my customer from your city are satisfied. Thank you so much :)
I work in an office complex near the post office and we have not received our mail in almost 3 days! One day was a holiday (i understand they are closed), no mail yesterday and none so far today (it's after 3 PM). The carrier has been late before but we have never not received mail in consecutive work days. We have also tried calling the post office number and it is busy...every time. Unbelievable.
I called this post office today and had a terrible experience. The man who took my call was extremely rude. He was actually yelling at me on the phone until I asked him to speak to me politely. He began our conversation by asking "So why did you call back?" In a loud, rude, voice. I have many family members in the USPS and I myself use post offices all over the New York City area and I have never heard of or experienced anything quite like this. He was belittling towards me and only changed his tone towards the end of the conversation when I asked for his name and asked why he was yelling at me. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this man on a daily basis. I will be filing a formal complaint.
Two checks I mailed to pay bills over the past month were never received. I have always tried to support the USPS by not paying online but now i see that may be my on course of action. One of the bills was my state income tax. i also received a bill in my mailbox with the address circled and after my mail was delivered so obviously it was delivered to the wrong address. A year ago, another bill went unpaid because of the check never being received. Yes, I would like to know what's going on too!!
For the last several months several letters routed through the Blue Bell, Pa 19422 post office never arrived at my home and 1 bill I mailed at that post office was never delivered. Every week I receive neighbors mail in my mail box. I rarely get my mail before 7 PMMy Blue Bell neighbors have had similar problems What is going on?
