I just called and spoke to the rudest manager on earth. Her solution to my complaint was fine. We will not deliver you or your neighbors mail. Ok. Just keep banging and pushing trash cans around with a government owned Jeep. Who cares??? The taxpayer who contributes to your salary and equipment does not matter. In most jobs customer service matters. This is clearly not so for the USPS Blandon Post Office staff. Rudeness and denial of service is. God forbid a postal service worker should have to get out of their vehicle for any reason. Perhaps I should share the photo of my mail laying all over the ground Mail that included financial information. That is the service I get. I utilize the USPS as little as I can. Local service is horrible. Sadly once respected jobs provided by courteous and kind individuals has turned into pure rudeness. I wish the postal service had sent local surveys like many other businesses. Surely I am not the only Blandon resident appalled by the rudeness of the local manager. No wonder the staff is the way it is.
I just called here and a man answered and tried to help me with my call. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude employee. He tried to treat me like I was an undeclared idiot. He kept cutting me off and wouldn't even allow me to completely voice my issue. After cutting me off he practically hung up on me. After about five minutes he calls me back only to tell me that I was right. Fabulous.
