tracked two shipped items received only one both of which were listed as delivered. went to the post office with tracking number for the one i didnt receive . i was told that i did receive it . a am out thirty dollars . dont know what to do.
I have been waiting months for my delivery and it finally came up in my email saying delivered to front door. I work from home and no one delivered anything. It was a very expensive item. Called the USPS # and that is just a run around. When you finally get someone they tell you, you will be contacted in 2 to 3 business days. WTH by then the package is gone. Package was probably left by the road and stolen. I will be getting in touch with an attorney to be compensated for my lost item. This post office is a joke.

Understaffed and under-trained. Might as well not even have tracking numbers when dealing with this post office. "Out for delivery" and "Arrival at unit" mean nothing when it comes to dealing with the Berwick P.O. Either the mailman forgets the package or literally "lost the package because it fell behind the seat" - true stories. FAIL. UPS or FedEx are better options.
According to tracking, I have 2 packages at berwick post office that arrived there on thursday may 6th. I have still not received them. Wth! Also waiting on 2 other packages which are my medicine. Cmon berwick, step it up. Unhappy .

It is bad enough that UPS leaves my packages at the wrong house, but now the post office does also. I had 2 packages delivered to 351 Summerhill Ave, the home of Karen Brown, instead of being delivered to me at 349 Summerhill Ave. I followed the foot steps of the driver in the snow...he parked in front of my trailer and walked to the other house. not good service.
If you want things to be on the tracking system make sure you have them scan them in front of you. because they won't scan them if you put them in the drop box! And if you sell things from Ebay it will affect your ratings.
