The postal carriers in Toledo are a complete joke. Putting stuff in the wrong boxes will not get out of the truck and bring packages to the door or porch. Instead they will shove whatever they can into your boss breaking your mailbox and packages from Amazon in the envelopes or plastic packages and even boxes they will shove whatever they can into your box. We have gone through two mailboxes at my house they have broken our mailbox and countless packages from Amazon. I have complained to Amazon and the postmaster general with pictures more than once they do not care. I have to constantly get refunds from Amazon Prime because of them not putting stuff in the right boxes and apparently my neighbours are dishonest and do not give us our packages , all because of lazy workers are supposed to park their trucks and get out and walk for several blocks and deliver our stuff

Love their method of answering the phone. Let it ring repeatedly, then pick up and hang up.

Thanks so much for the "we care" plastic bag around my envelope that was damaged en route!! That was actually something really important to me and I appreciate the extra effort to protect it!!

Went down and asked who is in charge of the grounds and was told its them but they are too busy to keep up the weeding and landscaping. This building is located on a main road and it looks pitiful. I cannot believe that the grounds cannot be kept up to look nice. I'm tired of excuses that they dont have time. The process it too hard, the wording has to be just right. Blah blah blah. no more excuses please.

Then do something about it yourself. If it bothers you so much, pull weeds, plant flowers. We are a small community... contribute.
