Postal Locations

I'm not thrilled with my new delivery driver. She seems to have a problem with the truth about blocked mail boxes and driveways to not deliver mail. I even have security cameras showing her not stopping at my mailbox. Thank you USPS

I signed up for email mail alerts so I would know what was to be in my mail for that day. The last several days I have not received any alerts and I new I would be getting at least a package because I could track the package by the sender. So why am I not getting the email alerts?

I am beyond fed up, my mail is getting sent back, not ever delivered, and I have been treated with prejudice by the post master in voicing my concerns in the past , have a witness to prove it. I need resolve, who is above the Dalles post master

Amazon is telling me my packages were sent out & attempted delivery was made by USPS. Well there were 3 of us at home at the time of attempted delivery & we sae or heard nothing at the time given!

I don't know who Gwen is at the Dalles Post Office, but she has very terrible customer service. Recently when I called to inquire about a missing package that was supposed to have been delivered, she became very testy and her tone became very rude. And mind you, this is not the first time. I sell items online and Post Office screw ups are not very good for business. She needs to realize that the Post Office is a vital part of many people's lives, and that those people have a right to expect that workers at the Post office are doing their jobs, which can make or break a business. Oftentimes, I hate having to call in to the Dalles Post Office because I know that I will wind up speaking to her.
