My message disappeared

For too many months now I've been receiving other peoples mail. At one point in February I received someone's W-2 form from their employer. Other times it's been less sensitive mail. Today however I received someone's Bank Check order. Since I had also ordered checks several weeks ago and only received one of two orders I just assumed that the checks were mine, they were not. I've delivered the checks to the correct recipient and explained that our house numbers are the same, however a totally different street. Now I wonder where my second order of checks might have been delivered? I wish there were some way to get our delivery person to really check the mail addresses before he pops them into the box. Tried to contact the post office rather than have to once again go down in person but apparently they don't answer their phone, it rang and rang only to eventually go to a busy signal. Looks like I'll be making yet another trip to the post office.

No change of address forms in the lobby. Why must I speak with a person (who can't help with changing my address) to get the form I NEED to change my address? This requires changing my entire schedule to get a piece of paper that could have simply been left in the lobby. This is a picture perfect example of unnecessary government bureaucracy and wasted resources creating barriers and difficulties where none need exist.
