My carrier repeatedly bends books and packages that specifically say do not bend on the outside of the packaging. Most of the time the bend is literally on the words DO NOT BEND this is frustrating and my daughter deserves better when the books are for her. Shame on you!

On more then one occasion our packages have been delivered to other people. Every time I order something online and see that it is coming by the postal service I wonder if I'm actually going to get it. How is it that it can come hundreds if mile to the Sheridan Post Office and some how it doesn't make it to me but it gets delivered to some other random person. UPS and FedEx have never delivered my packages to someone else.
